Bed was old - when you hear creaking and feel the springs the mattress needs to be replaced. No soap in the bathroom was provided. Breakfast was not as good as it was in the past. No muffins, fruit, yogurt or oatmeal as is customary on the regular menu, nor any hard boiled eggs. Very little options. Our neighbors had a dog - who barked both late and early. They also slammed the door several times before we could fall asleep. We have stayed several times at this location before, but will not return.

But after sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, I was given an upgraded room. I'm not sure if this was because of my Titanium status or because of the wait. The prices are reasonable here. The parking lot was a good size, and the location was close to the outlets but not too far away from downtown either. It is also near I-95 and Route 301. I was provided a Welcome Bag with a bottle of water and some Chex Mix. My room was on the third floor, near the elevators. I wish there were more soundproofing, but the room was clean and provided an area for me to wind down. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets were provided. The cable channels were numerous this visit, and the WIFI was fast and reliable. I liked that there was natural light during the day and enough lighting at night. The mattresses are near the end of their life, as I could still feel the springs. Breakfast could use a few more offerings, and the tables could be cleaned in between guests.

She told me my room had no view and offered to find me one with a view.And I eventually got a different room. I enjoyed the view and the cleanliness of the room. My room had a full sized refrigerator, a dish washer and a kitchenette with a microwave and a glass stove. It also had a little sofa, a writing desk, a tv, a king bed and a shower stall with a toilet in the bathroom. There is a wardrobe and a luggage holder. The lady cleaning my room also did a great job. Francine did a wonderful job cleaning my room. I appreciate all the eork they do. The breakfast area is standard to homewood suites. Has a variety of food- cereal station, fruits on some days that's already washed and cut. And sausages, hash browns, potatoes and bacon on different days. There is always hot coffee, regular and decaf, as well as tea, orange juce, apple juice and water available. Also, the condition of the rooms are better than some of the other hotels in the same area Overall, a wonderful stay. I will be back.

Was really cool and had me dialed in from the start. The room was also nice and spacious. I have a keen ability to randomly select the accessible room every time I select a room, and I don't even try so that could have also contributed to the size of the room. Updated TV with Netflix, my name was on the tele when we checked in, and plenty of decor in the common areas etc. First morning was powder eggs, but I will say that the waffle mix was made perfectly for a nice crispy waffle that was fluffy on the inside, and they had a large amount of sliced pound cakes stocked which you don't see at many Hamptons. The second morning they had western omelettes which pushed this from a 4.5 star to 5 star. Lobby restroom was also very loud with room stalls for the toilets, loud red counter sinks etc. Really liked this place and I would argue this is in the top 3 Hampton Inn's I've stayed in, period. That's the least they can do. Terrible customer service! Also when I contacted the manager Denzel, he claims a company came to check it out and that they only found an ant. Since when do ants bite you in clusters and have an oval shaped body. LOL. I have traveled for business for 10 years and this isn't my first time coming across this type of thing. The funny thing is not even a phone call happened to tell me that is what was found! If someone leaves your property for bed bugs you should probably contact them right away. Horrible customer service. Skip this hotel.

Breakfast consisted of premade omelettes (cheese and ham and cheese with peppers), breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, yogurt, apples, oranges, coffee, tea and various juices. I have vision problems and I really appreciate that this hotel has nice wide hallways that are well-lit with no dark corners. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, coffee and tea, fruit and pastries. There's also a small area across from reception desk where you can buy snacks, essentials like toothpaste and microwaveable food. The only thing missing was beer and wine. The hotel does not have a license to sell alcohol but the Marriott next door (short walk) has a full bar. The hotel has recently gone thru a complete renovation and everything looks and feels upgraded. That said, I'm big on free breakfast, so it was hard to give this place a full four stars since breakfast isn't included and the restaurant's breakfast was $16 per person. The 12:00 PM checkout was a nice bonus and made the morning feel relaxed. Checkout was also very convenient using the app, and being able to download the bill right away was helpful. Honestly, the lack of free breakfast was the only real hit otherwise, it was a comfortable, hassle free stay and worked well for a one night stop.
