We purchased equipment to hopefully fix it, but it broke down again and we lost food. DeWaard & Bode have been no help at all. Basically, we are on our own. It seems like they should stand behind their product, or DON'T sell it! One salesman told us they do have problems with that company's products. Hmmm....would have been good to know. On the day of delivery, Corey and Eli showed up with our mattresses and carefully delivered them to our rooms and hauled away the old beds. One of the mattresses I wanted to keep and they bagged it up so I could store in my garage. They were very willing to go above and beyond getting everything up and downstairs and couldn't have been more appreciative with their positivity and hard work.
