I browsed the store, tested a few recliners and narrowed down my choices. When I was greeted by Annelise Sullivan, I quickly told her exactly what I was looking for and showed her the recliners I was interested in. She told me which ones were more suitable for my needs and also introduced me to all the "bells and whistles" that were available. Once I made my selection, she told me what sales and promotions would give me the greatest discount. I placed my order and was so excited! When my recliner was ready, I was notified via phone and told that the balance was due and that I could schedule the delivery. Today, the delivery driver called me when he was 5 minutes out. A "2-man team" delivered my recliner, assembled it, tested it and was off. Boy, Oh Boy, do I love my new chair! The store selection was good, the sales associate was wonderful and the delivery team was prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend purchasing here.

Kelt was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My mother was looking for something pretty specific and he was attentive throughout the process while also allowing time to roam the store independently. While I cannot attest to the purchasing process, it was a delightful shopping experience and the range and range of sofas were a great very high quality.
