Customer Service onsite great, after the sale not so much…read more Purchased a queen sized mattress for roughly $1600 recently from them which came with a free promotional adjustable base that came with it. At the time of purchase I believed I already had a base that would work and since I didn't want to be wasteful and make them give me something I didn't need I said "I don't think I need it." Fast forward to the day the mattress was delivered. Turns out that I was replacing a full and not a queen so the mattress didn't fit properly on the base I had. I reached out to them and asked if there way any way to get the previously offered promotional base since the product was still brand new and unused. They were unable to modify the sale to include the promotional base and were willing to provide the same base for 50% of the retail price + $100 delivery fee. Alternately, I could switch to a full sized mattress by paying an additional $100 delivery fee as well. While I appreciate the options they gave me, the mattress was already at the top of my budget and paying $100 more for a less expensive mattress or $400+ for a new base was not feasible. When asked if I could simply return the unused product, they said they couldn't take it back because it was opened already. Of course, there was no way to know if it wasn't going to fit until after their delivery guys opened the mattress and it inflated. Long story short, so long as you have no problems with your purchase these guys are fine. If you need help after the sale, or think you might, I'd go somewhere else. I know I will be in the future.

Lee was super helpful, friendly, not pushy at all and the store is clean, well lit and looks so cozy. Not like a warehouse feeling of other mattress stores. Lee showed us the mattress we were interested in and not only price matched but gave us a mattress protector and explained the exchange policy. We were in and out within 20 minutes and it felt great supporting a family business. Tom's Family Christmas card was right there on the desk and Lee even called Tom to check in. It was an awesome experience and we are excited to get our new mattress next business day!!!

I would steer away from the issaquah mattress firm store, after receiving half my order in a delivery, they refused to fix an order they had mistakenly made, then proceeded to blame me for the order and argued endlessly, refusing to fix order to a reasonable customers expectation.
