Were ready to purchase at Mattress Depot Outlet a few blocks away but decided to stop in this store as our last stop, to avoid "buyers remorse". Lee was super helpful, friendly, not pushy at all and the store is clean, well lit and looks so cozy. Not like a warehouse feeling of other mattress stores. Lee showed us the mattress we were interested in and not only price matched but gave us a mattress protector and explained the exchange policy. We were in and out within 20 minutes and it felt great supporting a family business. Tom's Family Christmas card was right there on the desk and Lee even called Tom to check in.
