This was my second visit to this store and was just as good as the first. I had ordered a mattress in my first trip hit have found it too firm. I went back to do an exchange and it was so easy. once again I had Pearl as my salesperson and he was patient and answered all of my questions. he let me go around and sample all the beds again and then explained, in detail, the whole process to complete my exchange. can not say enough good things about this store. read more

After purchasing a bed at the Boston store I was having second thoughts and wanted to cancel the mattress so I could go back to the store to try a different mattress- we were also going away on vacation so I didnt want to have the mattress delivered while we were away. I purchased the mattress on 1/28 cancelled the order on 1/30 and as of 2/10 have still not received my refund. They cancelled the order on 1/30 but never issued a refund. I will not be using this store to purchase a mattress nor should you. I thought dealing with a brick and mortar store would be easier than an online store. I guess I was wrong. I would sooner use an online store next time to purchase my mattress. read more

(***) I received final approval from Robert to return the mattress just before our moving day. We were cleared to return to the Reading store. (**) When we arrived though, the store manager was not aware that we were going to return the mattress, and when he contacted his supervisor, she had no record of our return on file either, despite the paperwork with Robert. (*****) Thankfully, the manager was determined and was able to get the return processed while we were there rather than brushing us off and telling us it will be 'in progress' like a less diligent employee would. This store is the best of all worlds, they have the high quality inexpensive mattresses that have become popular online AND you can try them out. I was a little annoyed that the website wanted me to make an appointment, but it was literally a single click and ensured that we were able to have exclusive access to the showroom which is great for both trying out mattresses and lowering covid risk. Sebastian was super helpful and a low/no pressure salesman who knows mattresses, and just as importantly knows people. It's too bad mattresses are something you ideally buy once a decade because I would definitely go here again! read more

My partner and I went here to look at some of the mattress we had been researching online. Niko was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was very educated on all the models and helped us sort out which was likely going to be the best for us. Run away!! We ordered a new mattress several weeks ago and have still not received it, despite paying for expedited delivery. Unless you are taking the mattress yourself, I recommend not purchasing from SleePare. I can't comment on the comfort or quality. I'll update this review if/when we receive the mattress. Update: we finally received the bed. It's okay. Nothing special. We got the medium firmness one but honestly, it's a little soft. I kind of slip off the edge. Whatever. The whole experience was terrible. I can't recommend Sleepare. read more

Be careful whom you select to work with! SleePare's after-sale service was really disappointing. We ordered a Helix Luxus Midnight mattress along with the White Glove Service for delivery and setup. However, the delivery went wrong and the mattress randomly showed up in front of our door without any pre-scheduling. We were rushed to home and called multiple places to arrange the setup service ourselves which we already paid for. SleePare Custom Service apologized for the bad service and promised to refund the money (please note that their White Glove Service was much more expensive than other stores). Then we found out that mattress we received was defective and the seam was open so they had to deliver the replacement to us. Sleepare told us that we won't get the refund any more because of the second delivery needed due to the mattress defect. Furthermore, they couldn't keep their promise on the second delivery. No one showed up for the scheduled delivery and no one was responsive no matter we called, texted or left message. Bottleline, once the purchase was made, SleePare was so bad on the after-sale service. We had really bad experience with Sleepare. read more

First there was an issue with our order and we had to call after weeks of waiting for delivery. Then the mattress turned out to exacerbate my back pain, so we had to return it, assuming store would honor manufacturer's return policy. Nope. We are going to have to pay to return it, as we don't have a truck in which to transport it back to the store. Check manufacturer's return policy before you buy from here - we definitely would have been better off if we'd bought ours on the internet. read more
