I got a tattoo with Tommy a couple years back around Christmas time and because I was young I believe she took advantage of that and switched up her pricing on me, knowing I was not going to argue with it. She charged me almost a band for an undone red flower on my shoulder that hasn't even been colored in. She told me she was working on the piece that I wanted for a couple weeks and when I showed up to my appointment she only had the flower part drawn out. For $700 I should have at least gotten the line work done. Definitely don't recommend, but she clearly needed the money for her kids Christmas gifts or she was late on rent. read more

We wanted gold and he told us he could do that with the titanium pieces by anodizing them. They turned out perfect. Russell is absolutely THE person to see for piercings in Fort Worth. He seriously has the lightest piercing hand ever and really truly cares about quality. I don't have a good photo that shows off both but I went to him some months ago to get another nostril piercing so there would be one on each side. He had performed the other one about five years ago at a different shop. He put a great amount of care into placing the new one and really took his time to make sure it lined up perfectly with the existing one. I chose to get tattooed by Eddy Herrera at Sleepy Hollow for a portrait of my niece after seeing his amazing artistry on Instagram (@eddygtattoo). The final product brought tears to my eyes. I don't recommend doing walk-ins. This was my third tattoo, and Steve-O gave me the tattoo. I was eager to get the tattoo, and initially was having a good experience. The tattoo cost $300, and I tipped $60. It wasn't until I got to the car and started looking at the tattoo that I noticed problems. There are spots that Steve-O didn't connect, inconsistent shading, and wobbly lines. Some of the blame is on me for not scheduling the tattoo with an artist I'd researched. Steve-O isn't a bad artist, but I don't think he was the right guy for my type of tattoo. I don't think my tattoo is worth $300 + $60 tip. I encourage everyone to take their time scheduling an appointment and doing their research on the artist. read more

We got there about an hour and a half before they closed and they still did an amazing job without the feeling of being rushed. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The lack of urgency to attend to their clients who have paid appointments is unprofessional. I got my first cartilage piercing from Russell and he was the best. I was so nervous to get it done but everyone at the shop was so sweet to me. It was also a very smooth process. Everything looked so clean and professional and the people were very professional. Russell was very sweet and calming through the whole process and told me all about how to take care of it and answered all of the many questions I asked as well as told me to call if I had any other questions or concerns as it was healing. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because it's clean and looks well taken care of. With that being said, I cannot believe how rude and patronizing the piercer was. I asked questions about the piercing and he responded as if I was dumb. I asked if he could please let me know before he put the needle through, and he did it before i could finish my sentence. At one point he had the forceps holding the piercing and accidentally tugged at the fresh piercing while reaching away to grab something. When I politely informed him that he was hurting me by pulling on the skin, he said "I know doll". I've had 9 cartilage piercings, two lobe piercings, various inner ear piercings, nose piercings and body piercings all done by various piercers and I have never encountered anyone as rude and unprofessional as Russel. I will definitely never be back and if you value your comfort and would like someone that is polite in answering your questions and concerns I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. read more
