I begged for my fees of 8/2016 through 7/2017 to be returned to me. I went to BBB Nebraska and MN. MN Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission for help. Protection 1 sent me only 159$ back. Then Protection 1 had the audacity to publish in a review that I was contacted by them. Yes, I was called twice by Protection 1 and was told in no uncertain term that I would Not be getting one penny of my 382.00 in overlaid fees during the year my home was unmonitored.
