But it seems they might have gotten their act together. We have ordered here from work and I always tell them to make it well done /extra crispy, and I think that makes the pizza much better. It is a very greasy pizza (see the grease on the box); some people are into that, some are not. I definitely dab the grease off because it's just too much for me. Are there better pizzas in Winchester? Absolutely! Overall though, not bad, good for a quick slice. read more

This place is not good for pizza! It's not worth the price. Very slow service and burnt pizza. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza. I don't think it depends on pizza for survival but half price happy hour. Having an ice cream station at a pizza place shows how not great it is. read more

The hot wings are seriously great! As others have said, they have pizza and soft serve as well. The main seating area is perfect for families. Check out their Happy Hour from 3-6 M-F. Great beer, great hot wings, pizza, subs, and snacks. The smaller sports bar at the back has the Happy Hour, small bar seating and a few tables. You can't beat the prices and it's really good food. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly. I really like the fact you can buy just a slice or whole pizza if you want. They have a great menu, and there is creamery right there on the premises. read more

Someone at my wife's school recommended this place and it being brand new of course. Inside there is an soft serve business immediately as you walk in then the pizza place.This is already telling me something? Looking at the display case of pizzas and not paying attention as I should have ( because I was hungry). I wish now looking back to some tel-tale signs I missed.... First off the cheap sausage balls that resemble rat terds , the lack of cheese and certainly the skimpy toppings. Everything is just minimum. Price for 2 cokes and a large meat lovers pizza was just over $28 But the best part is the taste: how do you make pizza tasteless?I don't know , but they nailed it.Pizza here never seen olive oil,the dough has no salt and too much sugar . I once gave this place a 5 star review because of the quality of food. The food is now awful, and the service even worse. You all had an opportunity to be the primary pizza place for a HUGE community in Snowden Bridge and totally dropped the ball. Place is a great concept of pizza and ice cream. Loved the options of self serve or full service. So many alcoholic options other than beer and wine. Food is good for a decent price. We went for Happy Hour. Mon-Fri 3-6pm. Affordable snacks, pizza, wings and drafts. Not a large selection of draft beer. We enjoyed the Pizza and wings. Friendly, casual atmosphere. read more

So this is strictly a review as a lunch spot. I got a slice of cheese and a small fountain drink for 5 dollars and change. Very nice price point for someone who wants some sustenance without feeling bloated by lunch. They bring your slice to the table, which is a nice touch. I would say the slice was above average. It could have been cooked a bit more, a little floppy, but the cheese, and sauce had very nice flavor with a bit of a doughy crust but like I said, this is a lunch review, and 1 slice was a nice mid-day meal to get me through the rest of the work day. I will definitely be back once if not twice a week. Also you can get an ice cream on the way out if you like. Nice little place. read more

Walked in last night a few minutes after 9 pm only to realize they actually close at 9. When they asked what could they get for us, and us asking if they were closed, the one employee said we technically close at 9 but you're in and we will absolutely serve you, what would you like? This employee went above and beyond what was required and even made our pizza for us because the cook had cleaned up. The pizza was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be returning! read more

I really wanted to like this place but it wasn't a great experience. The woman behind the counter wasn't rude but not pleasant either. I ordered a hot fudge sundae for my son. She was very slow making it. She handed us the cup which was full of melted ice cream and hot fudge. I couldn't believe she handed my child a sundae with fudge all over it. The fudge was thick and clumpy. I tasted it and the hot fudge tasted like it was heated too long and burnt! I can't believe the employee wasn't embarrassed to serve this. Got a couple of pizzas from this place and if you care what your pizza tastes like then don't bother. The dough is wayyy too doughy which wouldn't be that bad if the saying was edible and there was enough cheese. The sauce is super bitter and just tastes like tomato sauce. There's barely any cheese. It doesn't matter though because the sauce is so bad. I tried loading it up with pizza seasoning and parm but it just sucks. Keep making your own and let's keep praying for a good enough place eventually! read more

If you like bad over priced pizza then this is the place for you. I got the 2 slice deal with a drink for $8.50. So it was 2 slices of cheese pizza that was tasteless and the crust was limp and not even brown on the bottom. The drink was a 12 oz styrofoam cup like you get for free water. I sat a table and had to wait like 15 mins just so they could warm it up and bring it to me. How they can charge so much for this less then average pizza is beyond me. Not sure who told them that their pizza was good enough to open a restaurant was but they lied to them. This place wont last long. read more

I wouldn't go there and order cheese pizza. I did once and I was ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED how they made their pizza dough and the cheese quality was really poor. So I took a risk and went back, ordered barbecue chicken pizza and Margherita pizza.... It tasted so much better but, it was still an average pizza.. I didn't have a "ooh it taste delicious " moment. It definitely does not have the "High Quality" like Pizzoco. If someone wants 1or 2 slices of pizza then they should go to Slice, otherwise if you have to buy pizza to feed your family then I would recommend "Pizzoco". It's the truth. read more

This was my first visit and not sure I will return. I glanced at the display with slice choices but had promised to bring a pizza home to share. Sooo..I ordered my pepperoni, onion with mushrooms on half then I wandered into the bar to have a beer while I waited. The staff out front and in the bar were very friendly and easy talkers. Best part, I found a new IPA I really liked out of Virginia Beach. Well, kinda downhill from there...got the pizza home and was like "where are the toppings?". Plenty of pepperoni, but very little cheese and I guess there was some onion and mushroom flakes that went through a food processor. I like to be able to see and identify my toppings. I even checked my receipt to make sure I had actually ordered them. Think I will probably stick with Tastebuds and Romas for my pizza. read more

I walked in. Ordered pizza to go. Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and onions. When the pizza came out of the oven the (girl) Assistant manager told the guy helping her that there was no pepperoni on the pizza and to take it back to those making pizza and get them to remake the pizza. He brought the assistant manager that same pizza back. Other customers came in and I was not paying attention to what was happening. Several minutes later the guy says my name and my pizza was ready. I took the pizza and went home. Got home, opened the pizza, it was the original pizza without pepperoni. I called Slices and the girl that answered the phone told me Brittany, the assistant manager, would call be back in about 5 minutes. Two days later, still no phone call. I 'm surprised at some of the reviews here because I really enjoyed this place. New to the area. Came here on a whim while visiting Lowe's with my 2 yr old daughter and it turned into a very nice daddy/daughter date. I want to bring the whole family here because it's basically a one-stop-shop. They have a bar with draft beers, good pizza and wings (and mozzarella sticks), and an ice cream shop! Something for everyone. Def recommend. read more

Save your money. Sub par is an understatement, and I rarely leave a bad review. Twice we've tried this pizza because it's local and not commercial pizza. We only have had one request...light sauce. Both times they had a lot of sauce, which means my parents can't eat any until we take off most of the sauce. It's not real difficult to read an order and make a pizza ( I did it as a teenager). We order pizza for school functions and get togethers, put absolutely will not get it from here. Maybe other people will have a better experience, but if you can't follow simple instructions, don't plan on being there long. read more
