I was able to kind of get my car cleaned. When I went, the dryer wasn't working, soap sprayers seemed clogged on the right side, and overall the inside of the car wash just looked run down and old. Nobody was at the end to dry the car off either. read more

Took my car in for a full detail: interior and exterior including wax job. "The ultimate bumper-to-bumper" with air system cleaning for almost $500. They didn't even wipe down the wheels, the car was filthy even after. The job was complete completed. I would never take my car back to get the detail services. The areas that were wiped down look like it they used a dirty rag. The windows are dirty. There is excessive brake dust on all rims. It doesn't even look like they wipe them down after paying almost $500. I am disgusted. I am looking to get my money back at this time. Absolutely unreal, extremely poor job. read more

My young daughter was harassed by an employee to get a monthly membership. He would not let up and asked inappropriate questions about where she lives and commented on the car and her ability to afford the membership. We are no longer using Jax. read more

I visited the new location on Long Lake Road in Troy Mi today between 5:35 and 5:50 pm today to get a car wash. The service today was terrible. I am not referring to the lady that either helps people with paying, or entering info when the license plate reader is not working. She does a good job. My complaint is with the guy who I encountered prior to going through the car wash. He was rude and I did not like the way he was yelling at me with the prompts in terms of moving my car over a bit and then putting it in neutral. I even asked him why he was yelling but that did not matter. This is unacceptable! It is a sacrifice for me being an Unlimited Club member because your prices are too high and I am a senior citizen. The only reason that I have been a member for so long is that I like the fact that you can get as many washes in a month as needed, so it makes the sacrifice worthwhile. I have gone to other locations and the service is always good. Someone needs to tell the guy who was working today, that if he does not like his job, it should not be the customer's problem. I don't know if it is cultural, this guy needs to drastically improve his people skills. By the way, my wife has also been a member for several years. read more

This location will try to rip you off. They have "management" personnel that unsolicitedly work the self-pay kiosk for you. If you're not careful they will add a bunch of extra services that you didn't ask for. If I didn't realize this before paying I would been charged double for a standard car wash. Very sneaky. Don't let them handle the kiosk for you! read more

You only can receive an interior car wash if you become a member. This must be a new way "they get you" as their staff member said. I had received full interior washes in the past without being a member. I have a gift card and now can only use it for exterior washes. They refused to allow me to pay to get the interior cleaned. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment, but only could talk to an automatic agent who said no appt was needed to get an interior cleaned . So we drove there for nothing and were turned away! They weren't even that busy ... This seems a bit strange. read more

Took my Truck through this Jax location and came out with a bunch of scratches all over my truck. Definitely do not recommend this location.

One of the many Jax car washes we have used. We have the monthly car wash for about $21. Allows us to go to any location. Not too bad. It's nice to be able to go any Jax around. Exterior was decent, gets the dirt and salt off the car. read more

the Maple rd in Troy location continually blows off their customers. I pay once a month for interior detailing, which is an extra charge. They never do the interior windows which I find annoying so the last visit I was there I specifically asked them to do the interior windows and was disappointed to find out once again, they did not. I could go back through and have them redo, but I chose to leave and I probably will not be back. I didn't appreciate the annoyed look. I got when I requested. They do the inside windows. read more

horrible job was done on my car today. so disappointed. I did have stuff in my car that I helped them moved for full service and I placed in bags in the trunk. when I asked if they can vacuum my trunk they refused and said u have too much stuff. I asked if I can remove them for them it would take me 2 minutes and they said no u have to come back another day. they missed so much I still could see dust on my dashboard. they basically vacuumed my carpet and power washer the mats. read more

Came to this car wash with my car covered in pigeon dung and got the everything deal ($20). It didn't come out clean the first time and the quality inspector was more than happy to send my car through once again for the finer details. What was frustrating is the lack of care for the details, as my car still had dung on the windshield and hood. If you're going to spend $20 on a car wash, you would expect the dung would be removed. I suppose if want a job done right, you ought to do it yourself at the coin wash. read more

Just went to this brand of car wash for the 1st time today. I paid $20 for the exterior wash. It is a good wash, but I did notice there wasn't enough rinse time for all the soap to come off. As I was driving the soap dried and left white streaks on the hood of my car. I write this review because for $20 I expect there to be no soap left on my car. read more

Horrible rude service. The car wash needs to make it more clear they no longer clean the inside of cars and spend less time asking for a tip. I understand washing cars in not anyone's dream job, but the rude arrogant behavior on the part of the staff (shouting direction/terse) is unacceptable. Will not return. read more

We just had a terrible experience here. Right after tipping our towel guy and advancing to the exit, the person behind us was aggressively and obnoxiously beeping at us as we waited for traffic to clear. This part of Maple Road is very busy during the day, and often you need to wait a minute for a gap in traffic to leave. When this happened, instead of deescalating the situation and discouraging the beeping, or even checking if everything is ok, the towel guy actually walked over and raised up his arms like, "what are you doing?" He then signaled and waved us to go into traffic, when it wasn't clear to do so. Many people in this area use the middle, left turn lane as a merge lane, and this is illegal to do. Additionally, this would be an unsafe maneuver, and would likely cause an accident. Jax would be responsible for ushering people into the road, should an accident happen. Further, we called to explain this to the manager, and he did not understand this scenario we explained, nor did he take it seriously that his staff was doing something that put the business and customers at risk. I would avoid this place. There are better options. We were unlimited club members and just decided to cancel. Their washes are sub-par, and their towel off is too. The wash typically doesn't have three foams as it should, one is often out, and the owner seems to be too cheap to turn up the water and have a thorough rinse. Typically, we are getting through the blow dry area with soap all over the car still due to the rinse being so weak. read more
