Tommy's is where I frequent with all the snow and rain. This location on Woodward has become one of my favorites. I'm able to get in and out anytime I come. Of course a lot of that has to do with having the monthly plan. My only issue is that they aren't enough vacuums at times. If I'm not mistaken there are only 4 or 5 and so on busy days you have to spend your time waiting and there is definitely no space to do that. Honestly, this is a great value for a drive-through car wash. There are four pricing tiers; I went with 3rd highest @ $16. I have a black, non-metallic clear coat car finish, and after going through it is so *glossy*! It also appears to be repelling new dirt to a degree. Oh, and let me back up: it was really clean for a drive-through! You get all the whirling mops and what have you like Jaxx but without the premium price, presuming you don't need detailing. There's nothing worse than a drive through that leaves your car with a film and then puts wax on top-been there, done that. You will *not* experience that here, however! I am so impressed for the price--two thumbs up! P.S. They have "stations" when you get out with vacuums and the website says they also have mat washers--regular and contoured "weather" type--but I didn't utilize either this trip and cannot comment. read more

Definetly one of the best car wash in the area but also quite expensive. It's much better when you had a monthly subscription. It's quite big and can fit even bigger trucks. I went with a truck that was VERY dirty after not being driven for 6 months and parked outside and they did an amazing job. It came out completely clean and shiny. And that in just few minutes. The car wash is efficient and effective at washing cars and SUVs and the trackless conveyor belt system is a huge bonus to people that care about their rims. The problem- it does a pretty crappy job of drying the car. read more

Great car wash. The best thing is the WIDE belt without rails that transports your car through the wash without scratching your rims. My car has 21 inch rims with low profile tires, so now I can take my sports car here without worrying about it scratching my rims!! Cashier was friendly and they have automated lanes as well. The wash itself offers many options and the water they rinse with was really clean (no dirty drips on my black car). The price is inline with other car washes. I'll be coming back for sure. read more

Love this car wash!!!! Really like how they have a transport belt vs the old fashioned way of pulling your car through the wash.(have had my tires/rims scratched before) I thought the free Bachman/mat washing was really cool as well. Lastly, they gave me a free month to try it out so I would recommend trying it out and I think you will really like it!! read more

Awesome car wash! Their $12 wash got my car absolutely CLEAN! I will be back for sure. Nevermore will I take my car to a J*X, where l purchased their $14 wash, which is comparable to Tommy's $12 wash. My car was not clean after the wash at J*X, especially in the rear hatch/window area. well thats incorrect "business owner". If you were a good business owner you would already know that I did contact the front desk and they did decide to do nothing about the crack they caused. Its totally bogus, I had a 1 inch crack on my windshield for 4 months, but after leaving your car wash I now have a 3 foot crack! Your machines hitting my windshield clearly caused it. Its that simple. so now I have to warn the public to not get their car washed here because you're a careless business! read more

Second time at Tommy's. Sitting behind 4 cars in Cashier lane while the two App Lanes remained empty & unused. PUT IN ADDITIONAL CASHIER LANE.10 minutes waiting to pay cashier, watching no one in App lanes. Bad business model. I don't want the APP. read more

This may be the greatest car wash/service business in the universe. If you are a member with the app downloaded you get through quickly & without having to talk to anybody. Its a giant conveyor belt so you don't have to worry about getting lined up or your wheels scratched up on the track. And there's no awkward tipping for towel dry. Only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star is because it does not clean the front or back of my car well always have to pull a rag out and clean it off myself afterwards. This might just be an adjustment to their equipment they can fix, considering they just opened this place. I have a basic 4 door sedan (E class) not an odd shape at all. Also, the tire shine I've never seen applied not sure if it's working or not for winter time but not a big deal as I hate it when the stuff slings on everything (your competitors are notorious for that lol). Last thing I know they're still a new place but twice the vacuum hoses have fallen off the poles in front of me I know it sounds strange but literally the entire vacuum hose was on the ground not connected. Hope you guys fix the little bugs I'd like to continue my membership here. Also a compliment- we joined here with one of our other cars as well that came with 22inch wheels and barley any tire on there and the fact that there is a belt style track and no side rails to scratch the rims is a big big plus! read more
