I'm a little rusty, but. I've always enjoyed a good game of pool. I found out Tuesday they have a special and I was sold. Unlimited pool for $11 that's cheaper than a movie ticket these days. I ordered some cheesesticks, as they're a top-tier bar food, in my opinion. I love that they make them in a pizza oven so they're not greasy. I also got an angry orchard. Trey was the bartender on duty, and he was awesome. So welcoming and accommodating. Nice and convenient location. The only complaint is there are so many things in this strip mall it can be hard to find parking. read more

The absolute best bartender I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her name is Cynthia. Never had to wait on a drink. She was on top of everything even though it was busy. The best part is that she has this magnetic personality you just can't help fall in love with. She is very smart, knowledgeable on a myriad of topics. But did not look down on you. She's so down to earth. She knows everyone and everyone just loves her. I've never laughed so much. She has the greatest sense of humor. I could go on and on forever. Be careful. This place is busy and sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Keep an eye on your tab and make sure that they charge you properly. You never know... They could be charging you for premium liquor when you didn't actually order premium liquor. read more

Place is clean with good signature drinks. I took my 18 year old son and had a good time relaxing. The tables were good. We had our own cue sticks so I can't speak to that. Because of Covid there is no hand chalk so you may want to bring your own, but there is still cue chalk. read more

Just an fyi the website isn't up to date and you have to be 21 to enter after 9pm even if you are over 18 they will not let you in! Also the staff will laugh in your face because they do not care, extremely rude for literally no reason, watched a bunch of people get sent out due to false advertisement. I was also told the false advertisement was a corporate issue, but even being a corporate issue that doesn't excuse the laughing at people who come in and voice concern, it's not professional but I guess I shouldn't expect much from people who work at a pool hall so maybe that's on me... so sad read more

I should have read reviews before I took my family. We went over on a Sunday afternoon to play some pool, and that was fun! but we couldn't stay. The cigarette smoke, both first hand and second hand and just permeating from all the furniture etc is very overwhelming and gave us all headaches after about 30 mins. Had to leave. Dont go here, a couple months ago I went there with friends for my birthday. As soon as we entered the building the staff was rude. They had an attitude. The drinks were well portioned with alcohol all i have to complain about is the customer service. Now the reason they dropped to a one star. I tipped properly I gave 15% regardless of the wait staffs attitude and a couple days later I noticed an extra charge on my card. I called the day after someone took my name and number and said they'd get back to me. Called again same thing. It was only $19 but I was more concerned about the principle of the matter. So bad customer service, corrupt billing of the customers with a lack to follow up with customers concerns. They just want your money and dont care about your experience. 2 minutes ago Over priced! Paid $21 for a margarita, and a frozen pizza. The pizza was acceptable for frozen, and the margarita was very water down. The bartenders never once greeted me, or asked to take my order. The only way they acknowledged me, was because I got their attention. Bartenders cared more about the content on their phones, than the customers. The only friendly staff members were the cocktail waitress, and the bar back. The bartender was rude when I asked for a box to take the rest of my pizza home. He told me, this not a restaurant but a bar. So he gave me a styrofoam plate and foil paper. Terrible location. Came to play pool with my boyfriend and when we were leaving they "lost my ID." They tried to fight with me saying they gave me my ID but never did. My bf then reached towards their wall where they put all the IDs in small cubbies and he grabbed it. I went to this location as a last resort on a Saturday night. After going to the 1200 Westheimer location and potentially having to endure an approximate 50 minute wait. After calling the 5913 Westheimer location, and getting a perpetual busy signal (They clearly left the phone off the hook and did not want to answer the phone). I wound up going to this Slick Willie's location, after I called and the employee said they only had a one table wait. As frustrating as it was for me to want to play pool and keep " striking out", so to speak. Ending up at this particular location turned out to be a blessing in disguise! The lady who greeted me at the door was very friendly and welcoming. It's located in a shopping center, so there's plenty of parking. I really liked the set up too; it was clean, specious, and it doesn't have a claustrophobic feel like the 1200 Westheimer location. My date and I enjoyed our selves here, and I was feeling it so much that I'm going to make this my go to location, even though those other Slick Willie's pool halls are much closer to me. I've been to a few slick Willies in my life time, but this location is garbage. I walked in and unusually they were checking IDs at the door. I dont have an ID because I'm waiting for my replacement in the mail. Im 38, I have gray hair in my beard and I wasn't allowed in. Guy said if I was 40 he'd let it slide. What an absolutely ridiculous statement! It doesn't say anything at all about Slick Willies "Family" Pool hall being 21 and up. I went there literally just to play some pool with a friend and was turned away. upper management really needs to take a look at the nonsense that's going on at that location. We paid $58 for four Shiner Bocks and pool table rental for 1-1/2 hours on a Saturday night. That pricing seemed a little steep but I can say that we had a great time there, the drink service was terrific and the facility was clean. We would go back to this pool hall again. read more

This is the only pool hall me and my friends go to. The customer service is great and they have great deals throughout the week that keep us coming back! You can get cigars from the cigar time shop near by and smoke them in the pool hall while playing pool! They have great, well kept tables and pool cues. This is exclusively the pool hall that I go to! For anyone looking to have a great time and meet a lot of cool people, this is the spot to hang out! read more

Came here a while back ago with some friends and it was an ok experience so I decided to give it another try but after tonight, never again. As soon as we walked inside the doorman at the front was very rude with an attitude and tried telling us that there were no pool tables left, but then a waitress named Kiana came up and corrected him saying there was one left and took us to our pool table. The only good thing about this place was our waiter Kiana other than that we kept getting rude looks from another waitress who kept passing our table. For only less than one hour there and three beers Slick Willie's is over priced for what you get. As we left the doorman and the other waitress who had gave us dirty looks stared us down by the front door as we left and didn't say a word. Didn't like my visit there. Took too long to get a beer, although she was very friendly. Pool tables are plentiful, after all it is a pool hall. I agree with the first review in that this is a good place to shoot pool, they have several tables available and there are usually one or two open for customers on busy nights. This isn't a review on the food because I've never had it, I will say that the drinks here are pretty good my favorite is a cocktail that tasted exactly like a Sonic Cherry Limeade....it was memorable.The only reason I come by this place is because I have a close friend who is an avid pool player, my boyfriend has had his creditcard lost by the bartender one night...bad night and overall the atmosphere isn't very great for me.
