The place needs to be updated and maybe hire nicer staff. The restrooms need some fixing too

Katrina is the best. She remembered my husband and I from only going there one time. She makes the best Skinny margaritas I have ever had.

Great service! Ice cold beers. Best chicken tenders in the IE. Ask for the house ranch, you won't be disappointed.

There are a bunch of tvs all around the place mostly on horse racing but some also had different sports on them. Our server was really nice and she was attentive and greeted us right away. My husband and I both ordered burgers. I had the derby smash burger with waffle fries and he had the Cali burger with steak fries. Both burgers came out cooked perfect. They were fresh and juicy. My smash burger came out different than I was expecting, the patty was thicker than I'm used to for a smash burger but it was still flavorful and delicious. The inside of this place is a bit dark but has a cool vibe and it is also kid friendly. We didn't have any kids with us but there were other families that had young kiddos there. When we are back in town we will definitely stop here again for dinner.

My family and I spent the day walking around Lake Perris and decided to stop by The Derby Room afterward. First and foremost, Tabitha was an AMAZING server. Despite being completely overwhelmed and handling more than seven tables on her own -- while also bussing tables -- she still managed to provide excellent service and made sure our food arrived in a timely manner. She truly did the best she could under the circumstances, and it did not go unnoticed. The reason for the 3-star rating is primarily due to the establishment being severely understaffed during our visit. In addition, the overall presentation and cleanliness of the venue appeared neglected, likely from the UFC fight night event held the evening prior. I do want to give credit where it's due though -- Tabitha remained professional, attentive, and hardworking throughout the entire experience. The food was very delicious which my children could attest to! Thank you!

It definitely matches the current sixth street vibe hopefully that's a temporary sign and they'll get a professional one soon. My friend brought me there today. I was kind of surprised at how nice it looked inside, unfortunately within five minutes, I was dripping and sweat. It was so hot in there. There were only two people working and it was pretty busy. Our server was absolutely wonderful. His name was unusual Caleb or something that starts with a K. I ordered the $17 lunch special, which was very very tiny. Definitely way overpriced. The vodka pasta was good though. The serving was the size of my fist... for $17 dollars!!! These still working were working their tails off, sweat dripping from one of the men. I felt pretty bad for them. The only pleasant part of this lunch was our server the Young guy named Caleb. I don't think that was his name. It was unusual and it started with a K. I certainly won't return in the summer. I'm not gonna pay $17 in sweat. I think this place is a little bit mismanaged.

A major selling…read morepoint was that they would take a reservation on a Saturday morning, when we feared everything else would be too crowded for a group our size, and a solid Yelp review finalized our choice. As it turned out, the place wasn't busy. A special treat was that a group of bluegrass musicians was jamming as we ate. Apparently they are there every Saturday morning. The ambience is quite dark and moody with wood paneling and minimal lighting that made me use my phone flashlight to read the menu more easily--more of the saloon vibe than a restaurant. But it fit the Western theme. The breakfast menu was pretty varied, the portions were large, and the food was pretty good, though not the best I've had. There was an error in one order, and I'll give the server slack because a group of ten is a lot to handle, but syrup arrived late for the pancakes, and butter and jam had to be requested for the biscuits. One odd thing was that they had no decaf coffee. The family was pleased. Overall, I'd call it a solid but not quite stellar choice for an old-fashioned breakfast in a theme setting.

I had the Caesar salad and the blackened salmon with veggies, and both were delicious. No complaints there. But the moment that sealed the deal was when my husband decided he was going to be "healthy" and ordered a Coke Zero. Naturally, I informed him that putting the word Zero in the name doesn't magically turn it into water. Michelle immediately took my side, and just like that I knew she was my favorite person in Norco. She played along with our jokes, kept us laughing, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. So yes, the food was excellent. But if Michelle is working, ask for her section. She has great taste... especially when it comes to knowing who's right in a marriage debate.

I had to ask 3 times for ranch, asked for napkins which never came, asked for a glass of water which we never got, and didn't get a single refill on any drinks. On top of that, didn't get a "welcome" or even a smile. It's almost as if we were bothering her. I love the food but having to wait 20 minutes for a tiny cup of ranch, having to basically beg for napkins for water and still not getting it really makes the experience not very fun or inviting. I don't think we'll be back.

I decided to try the double trouble ($26) to get their brisket and baby back ribs along with sides of jalapeno bacon mac and cheese and a side of loaded mashed potatoes. The brisket was moist with a good amount of meat, I like moist than lean for brisket so it was falling apart easily. The sauces that they had on the tables were good. I liked the habanero bbq more and it was not too spicy. The ribs were falling apart from the bone. The sides were great. They do run out of meats so I usually try to go early.
