4/1/26 - Worst experience I've had at a Chick-Fil-A. Talking to the staff felt like being at a McDonalds (rude), food was missing from the bag (a whole meal), only one straw for 3 drinks (super cool), and just overall slow. Once I showed back up to get my missing food they told me they didn't know what I was talking about as it sat behind them. Avoid this store if possible and just go by Pinnacle. read more

I had recently moved to Roger's and this chick fil a was not a far walk from my apartment, so I walk over to the chick fil an and the service surpassed my expectations tenfold. The food was good, and the moment I sat down my food came hot and ready. The people working there were very interactive with the other customers, even offered every one a free spicy biscuit. This was by far the best experience I've had an any restaurant, the service and the food was so good that I decided to install yelp just to write this review. They managed to create a calm a peaceful environment while still doing their job. If I could rate it a ten star I would. read more

Always have problems at this location. Mobile order is never ready. Tonight we waited 20 minutes "in line".. couldn't find our order. Mobile spots not available so we had to sit in line. "Prioritized" our order when they couldn't find it and the food is cold. They couldn't have been bothered. No apology. Thank goodness for an air fryer. read more

Bacon grilled pepper jack chicken, just gross. Maple flavor is over-powering. Didn't take my order correctly and then wouldn't rectify the situation. Used to seeing clean cut employees..not here, most are sloppy. Insisted on mopping during lunch hour when it is busy. I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich and she asked me if I want sauce. I said "No" but they give me sauce in the bag anyway (see photo of sauce packet). If I say no sauce I mean no sauce. I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is always SO slow. The food is generally okay, but I've never seen a Chick-fil-A move so slowly.

Chick-fil-A is excellent. A unique fast food chain unlike McDonald's or Burger King or Wendy's, the focus at Chick-fil-A is all about chicken. Chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken salads, chicken smoothies. Okay, I made that last one up. But they do have killer milkshakes! One of the distinctive choices they have at the Chick are their amazing waffle fries. About as many calories in a large waffle fries as in a large McDonald's fries. But ten times better! The chicken sandwich is the best, though I don't care for the slice of pickle they put on there. No worries, if you ask, they will leave it off. This location is right off the highway and very easy to access. I'm a fan! Note: Almost all Chick-Fil-A's, including this one, are closed Sunday. read more

Hooray for a restaurant that opens promptly at 8am on New Year's Day, at the time stated on their sign. We ended up being the second car in the drive through. Our food was made quickly and correctly, which was appreciated all the more since it was 1 degree outside. This chick-fil-a is ALWAYS slow. I did curbside and it took them 20 minutes to bring out my food. That's 20 minutes I could've gone and sat inside to eat but I was in a hurry. They are as slow as molasses and really aren't that kind either. Not the CFA spirit we all know. read more

I love Chick Fil A and haven't been to this location before. Went at lunch, 11:45, and drive thru was wrapped around building and parking area was full. I was already committed and salivating so parked in shipping center next door. Walked over and was quite surpassed that as o walked up to counter, I was next in line! So ordered the original chicken sandwich and drink. Clerk was very nice and courteous! Paid, was given my drink and by the time I grabbed a few napkins and a straw, my order was ready! Original sandwich is very tasty, was hot and very easy to eat as o drive back to office! Thanks Chick Fil A!! read more

First off, I love Chick-fil-A with a passion. So, you should know that before I start my review. This particular Chick-fil-A is ALWAYS busy. I've never been here when there wasn't a line of cars wrapped around the building and a line inside. The staff is pleasant as always and the food fresh. How detailed can you discuss Chick-fil-A when it is such a well-oiled machine. Order was completed before we had even finished ordering. Had 3 salads in our group and each one was fresh and incredibly tasty. Bathrooms were spot-less as usual. Dining area was loud but clean. I always find the atmosphere in Chick-fil-A to be pleasant but that is probably because of the attitude displayed by the workers. Will I be back? LOL, of course I will. The personal beliefs of the owners or even the beliefs of the corporation on a whole never really factors in when I decide to eat here. I eat here because I am craving waffle fries, diet lemonade and a pickle with my salad. read more

Flies. The most flies I've ever seen in a place serving food. My God. I used to eat at this Chick-fil-a once a week (it's the closest one to my house), but now I drive out of the way to another for this very reason. Flies. Way too many flies to feel good about eating there. Other than a crazy busy lunch time crowd and some insincere "My pleasure" responses, there's nothing else wrong with this location other than the damned flies. They are mostly near the window seats, but if you hit the trash can lots come flying out. They sit on the floor until someone takes a seat, and then they swarm the food until you leave. I found that I was keeping my sandwich and sides covered with a hand or lid while not eating to keep them free from flies. One day I realized I could just go somewhere else. Please fix your fly problem so I can return, Chick-fil-a! read more

So we all know Chick Fil A is amazing. The hubby and I just got done eating at the Pleasant Grove location and they were packed!!! So we ordered our food and sat down, and waited and waited. Saw a few people who got there food that got there after us and get there food before us. The manager comes to our table said he was gonna check on our food, we didn't ask him he just saw we had been waiting awhile. He came back with our food, I had our receipt in my hand and the manager said here I'll take care of that. We got done eating and getting ready to leave and the manager comes up to us and said I've refunded your meal, I'm sorry for the wait, we try to get our food out quicker than that, 11 minutes is to long of a wait. We we're shocked, didn't ask, and we weren't upset with the wait, but that's amazing customer service and great present for our 12 year wedding anniversary. read more
