A place to get a quick chicken something. It is fast food. Nothing special. Would not go back.

Today (November 28th, 2025) after a long day of work running on nothing but energy drinks, exhausted and drained, me and my husband decided let's get something quick, we decided on slim chickens. While coming into the drive through around 7:30ish we were treated nicely due to him speaking first because he's a male they were nice.. then they heard me, a female. They gave nothing but attitude, was rude and didn't treat me the way they treated him. Approached the window and sees a short Hispanic female that didn't look at us, smile, greet us, didn't repeat our order and was just plain rude. I didn't give any attitude what so ever and I was raised "treat people how you want to be treated".. she then swung the card reader out for tap pay (still not looking at us) closes the window every time and laughs with another co worker then turns back around with a plain face again. First time trying this place...food was good and service was excellent. Wings are really tasty and their fries are good too.

This was my first time eating at a Slim chickens and it did not disappoint. I got the 3 for 3 meal which consisted of 3 tenders and 3 wings. The chicken fingers were very crispy and well seasoned. The wings were good but were not very crisp which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. The fries were amazing very crisp and very well seasoned. I tried this place for the first time through uber eats. 1. The delivery person was perfect and they delivered it in a timely manner. 2. When the food arrived, the driver gave me all that they gave him and that was missing two sauces, one drink and any utensils. 3. The food was soggy, stale, and mushy. It felt like Tyson chicken that had been in the microwave too long. 4. It wasn't that the food tasted bad, it feels like it sat out on the counter for three hours... it was that bad! I am not normally one to even post a review, but I have an MBA, and two bachelors degrees in business and I know that with a product like this a company cannot sustain. read more

I ate it too fast to take pictures; it was that amazing. I ordered an 8-piece sweet red chili with blue cheese to dip and a 6-piece Korean BBQ with both a ranch and a slim sauce. The food was still hot and crispy after my 20-minute drive home, and the tastes were just fantastic and so unique. It tasted like they definitely did make their own sauces and hand breaded their wings. I absolutely love wings but ONLY fried wings, which is harder to find in this area than I thought so I was glad I decided to try this place plus the service was also very fast even though the line was long; I probably only waited 8 minutes total. 11/10 for food, service, quality, and great portion sizes. read more

First off, the service was amazing. The workers taking orders and the workers cleaning tables were extremely nice. Bad news, the food was quite bad. I got a chicken finger meal. The chicken was bland. It came with a dry piece of toast that could have doubled for cardboard. The French fries were average fries you could get anywhere. The sauce was ok. The guy taking our order at the drive through (Michael J) was rude and quite slow at understanding us, even though we ordered two identical meals. Turns out we didn't even get what we ordered, and ended up being overcharged by $6.00. Why can't people just do their jobs correctly? The food is usually good, but alot of times not warm enough. There is ALWAYS something missing from my order or it's incorrect. The young men working there have awful manners and bring their personal lives to work and on display for EVERYONE to see and be affected by. The curbside pick up is a joke because your food sits on a shelf until you finally have to go inside and find it. Today that exact situation happened and then the guy dropped our napkins on the dirty floor and picked them up and put them in our bag. That's just wrong and unsanitary! I went to the Muscle Shoals location and purchased a three tender chicken meal. The chicken was under cooked and pink. I called the next day because I work at night. When I got home that morning and the store opened I called and spoke to someone and she said she would give the Manager my name. I went by the store to get my replacement meal and I was refused my meal. I told the manager and the cashier what I was there for and she told me that didn't even sound right. She told me that they didn't do replacement meals and she get my information and send it to guests service and I could talk to them. I was not trying to get something for free I was trying to get what I had for and I was doing what I was told to do by the person I spoke with. The Manager asked me if I took a picture of the food and no I didn't. This is not the first time I've received under cooked chicken I just didn't say anything about it. I go to the Muscle Shoals location at least a couple of times a week but I can truly say this situation was very disappointing and upsetting. The Manager needs to be more courteous to the customer and understanding. read more

We order from this location regularly, we usually love it. Today we order through the app on curbside pickup. We park close to 9 and the app and email confirmation said that someone was on their way with our food. We waited over 25 minutes for our food. I had to go knock on the door in order to get our food (since the lobby closes at 9) and I was told that we were supposed to go to the drive thru after 9. No where on the email confirmation we received or app states this. Our food was completely cold when we received it. They gave us free dessert for our inconvenience. The low rating is for service. Ordered and paid on the app, got there and parked at the time the food was to be ready. Waited 20 minutes, decided to go through the drive thru and get my order. Got to the window and they parked me again. Finally got order, got home and what do you know... only had half the order!!! Pitiful!! read more

First time visiting. Used the drive thru. It was a 15 minute wait. The staff was friendly when I placed my order. 1 kids meal was 2 chicken strips, toast, fries! $5.50. The food was perfectly packed in a neat little box and I received ample napkins. The food was fresh and the fries were perfect. I will definitely revisit. read more

I have had the worst experience twice at the Muscle Shoals location. I have waited for over an hour for my curbside app order. I finally went to the drive-thru because no one would answer the phone. I finally go to the speaker and was told to pull up. I did and someone came to my car and told me hey would be right out with my food. I finally get to the window, and they parked me. 10 minutes later. They bring me my food with no drinks. 5 min later I get my drinks. Get home--the order is wrong. Still no one will answer the phone. I've called 20+ times. Finally get corporate and they can't even get anyone to answer the phone. Take my info. Waiting in drive thru again. Total time and counting - 1 hour 20 minutes. Best Chicken Ever. Definitely stop by this place if you're craving some good chicken tenders and fries.

i've been twice because i wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt after my first horrible experience but this place has absolutely horrible customer service. wait time is very long and the staff is very rude. i've stopped accepting doordash orders from them because they are not kind to dash drivers also and will make you wait 30 MINUTES in the drive thru just to tell you to come inside even when the door was locked when you tried. the food is also subpar and rubbery. could not recommend less. read more
