I planned on taking my daughter here for her birthday last Friday. Knowing that it would probably be busy, I ordered 3 pizzas ahead of time on the app at 5:19pm. I scheduled them to be ready for 6:30pm, which is an option on the app. We arrived just before 6:30pm and found a seat right in front of the pick up window. It wasn't crazy when we walked in. There were two birthday parties but they were both being called to their tables for ice cream. As the rest of my group arrived we needed to find a bigger table and the restaurant was starting to get busier. Around 6:40pm the app said that my food order was ready. I didn't see it at the window yet, so we grabbed our stuff and settled into our new spot, then I went back to check. It was still not there. At 6:45pm, I asked the person behind the window he said he would check, then came back and told me it would be another 15 minutes to make our order. I questioned why another 15 minutes if the app says my order was completed. He was a kid and of course didn't have the answers so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager my situation. I didn't expect them to be ready RIGHT at 6:30, but to have to wait until 7pm, when I pre ordered and the app said it was ready was unacceptable. I had a table full of hungry people. She said she had no control of the app and couldn't explain why it said it was ready. She took no accountability and blamed being busy for the reason the order was not ready. The restaurant was practically empty when we walked it, but it was starting to gradually get busy. I don't know their system, but I don't think it would say the order was completed unless an associate would prompt it to be. I said I would wait for the pizzas, but if they weren't ready by 7, I would like a refund and I would be leaving. By 7, the order was not ready, if not even started at all. I was issued a refund for the 9 fountain drinks I purchased at the restaurant, but was told I had to call the corporate office to get a refund for the pizzas. I was annoyed at the time that there was not a more immediate solution. I tried to call the office as soon as we left, however they were closed until Monday. When I called corporate, they took care of the refund immediately. Overall, there was a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. read more

Don't plan birthday parties here. They stuff you in like sardines with other people. They're are no walking space between tables whatsoever. My father couldn't come in and sit because he has a cane. If you guests of 20 or more, the designated seating area won't fit that much and will make your guests sit elsewhere. We were sandwiche in with other birthday parties. My family and I all got the flu because of close we were with complete strangers at the tables. So if you're sick and it was a Saturday night, the 13th, you have the flu! First and last time I ever book anything there! My son didn't even get to the ticket birthday grab. They expect us parents to let our toddlers (2yr) to go in alone in the slide attraction. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. We bought a pass thru the machine which was quick, but the games didn't tell you how much each game cost. The 2 grandkids had a blast. Pizza was ok, but you don't come here just for the pizza. read more

I loved the games the food was stunning, the only problem that I would say is the animatronics heads malfunction, Mr. Munches head up close you can see that it was turned to the right for to long and the side of his neck is ripped. We had my daughter's birthday party at this Chuck E. Cheese earlier today and everyone had a great time. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Our server for the duration of the party was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. It was so nice to not have to worry about purchasing party favors, organizing games for the kids to play, and making food. We just brought the cake and they did the rest. I would highly recommend them for a child's birthday party and we will definitely use them in the future. read more

Charles "Entertainment" Cheese has been in the news lately due to an urban legend that the pizzas are misshapen because they are cobbled together from leftover slices. Desiring to prove that wrong, but highly disinterested in actually going to the establishment (I do not have children), I made the decision to order dinner from Chuck E Cheese off of GrubHub. I ordered a medium cheese pizza, an order of cheesy bread, and used a coupon code for a stuffed animal (because why not). I can't remark on the service or delivery since none of that was related to Chuck E Cheese directly, but I can comment on the food: It was a delight. The crust is surprisingly herby and garlicky, hints of rosemary. The cheesy bread looked like a mess but was flavorful, garlicky, and cheesy without being greasy and doughy like some of the pizza delivery chains. Is the pizza misshapen? Yes. Do I think it was composed of recycled pizza? No. Do I care either way? Also no. I genuinely enjoyed my pizza and will order from them again. read more

Hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese in years and this was a great experience. It was very clean. They did a kid stamp check on arrival and departure. Mix of rides and games was great. Food was to be expected - pizza, salad bar and wings. I was a big fan of the 1hr all you can play games. Good value! read more

Definitely a favorite to bring the kids for fun! Eat and play while I cut coupons and organize my shopping list! :). We spend hours here while he munches on pizza and I partake in the salad bar! It never gets dull no matter how old the kids are! read more

Recently attended a birthday party at this location. Cups on table were pulled out of box without washing them. Bathrooms were absolutely gross and had poop stains all over the seats. This is a health problem and all this with Covid on top Of everything else. The girl Who was doing the party was working every hard snd deserves a raise . One person for a 20 person party . This was my first time here in YEARS. The reason I was back is because now I have kids and we were invited to a birthday party. I'm in my 30s and felt very overstimylated there. Kids running around everywhere, announcements being blared over the loudspeaker, 3 or 4 parties going at once... I couldn't handle it. It was like a casino for little people. The play area was wild. The kids were nuts in there. If you have little ones I'd advise against it depending on the crowd. The older kids rip through there and take out little kids with no concern. I guess it just depends on the time and day you are there. Pizza was ok. I remember it being alot better when it was Showbiz Pizza. Also just an FYI...they still have those large creepy stuffed animatronic creatures so if you have a kid that's scared of them, be ready. They sing every half hour. It's the kinda stuff nightmares are made of. Be ready for crappy prizes too. You can get a plastic whistle for 25 tickets! Woo hoooo! We didn't even end up cashing ours in because they had 1 person working the prize area and it was taking forever. We just told our kids that Dunkin Donuts accepted the tickets for donuts. Haha. Also, they do this thing where they stamp you and your children with a stamp when you enter so that no-one can leave with your kid. I thought that was really awesome...until we left and when they shined the blacklight on our stamps to reveal the number, none of ours looked the same. I took my 4-year-old daughter here and she had a great time. Honestly it was sensory overload for her, but as long as she was having fun I didn't care. The pizza was very good, much better than expected, and the salad bar was fresh and delicious. The food actually blew me away because my expectations weren't high. I enjoyed this pizza more than some pizzerias in my area! My only complaint about the establishment is broken games that weren't marked or weren't obviously marked. I think they need better upkeep in that department. The other guests there, however, could be quite off-putting. I watched a 40-something-year-old man in basketball shorts stand in front of a game and play it for at least 45 minutes, collecting hundreds of tickets. Even if that's for your kid, that's weird, dude, and this place should prevent that. A woman of even more advanced age was sitting in a chair at the same game like it was a casino. Seriously, people? Very disappointed! Customer service was very poor special when you have manager Misha store manager on Friday 10/7/16 at 5:00pm there was only few people inside. I hat to way 15 minutes to be served! I understand it's a new system he should apologize and explain to people, Not in that way, he was very rude. Wow - I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe all the one star ratings and complaints. I will not discount the other reviews because - to each his own - but I LOVE this Chuck E. Cheese location. I have been to the ones in Harlem and Hempstead, NY and the one in Union, NJ several times and this is the best one by far. Clean, large space, games we played worked, and staff was awesome. I've had two birthday parties there (my son and daughter) and they loved it. We were late for both parties and they still accommodated and made it work for us. I must say the manager (a woman), and our party host, Woody, were great. Woody in particular was exceptional. Very attentive - excellent with the children and wonderful disposition. This to me is a big deal. Nothing can spoil an experience like poor service. As far as the noise and kids go... it's a place for kids folks!!! I am not sure what people expect in this type of place. I want my kids to play, play, play - get tired and sleep when we get home. Period. It's an arcade and indoor playground. Yes, you have to watch your kids, the staff can only do so much. So, in my humble opinion this Chuck E. Cheese is great. read more

This Chuck E Cheese is big and has many games other locations do not have. Sometimes the tables are dirty and need to be wiped down (at opening) but overall it's pretty clean. The staff is nice enough and Chuck E comes out every hour on the thirty to dance and give away free tickets to the kids. It is a good time every time. Wish they had free WiFi..... read more

This Chuck E. Cheese's blows all these other pizza joints straight outta the water and straight into space. They had Parmesan cheese decorating the floor all over the salad bar, and the animatronic band turned my nightmares into a beautiful reality. The ticket machine was broken but it gave me plenty of time to wait in line for another half hour and spend quality time with my partner. Overall, a wonderful experience. So my daughter played a 90 minute game card @ Chuck E Cheese. in that time I ordered churros immediately and I ordered a small pizza about an hr in. I ordered the small pizza at about 2110. when I heard the announcement 20 minutes later that they were gonna close in 20 minutes I ask the manager Perry, what had happened to my pizza that I had never gotten. Perry disappeared, came back, never talked to me, went over to another machine to fix it, or something. Then I had to pull Perry aside again and say hey, still wondering what happened to my pizza. At which point Perry told me the pizza had just gone in the oven. 20 minutes after I ordered it. On an average time of 10 minutes to cook a pizza. (I asked Perry). So now the pizza would be done about 5 to 10 minutes before the restaurant closed, so I decided Hey why don't I get my money back. That was also because Perry seemed, I don't know quite how to describe it, Perry did not seem to care even a little tiny bit, that His customer, at his restaurant, who came in for food, got no food. Perry did repeat to me many times, "I'm sorry I feel that way", when I told him I felt like hungry, as I didn't have a pizza yet. I tried to explain to Perry, in what I thought was a calm manner. I didn't raise my voice or anything. I did mention how ridiculous it sounded, that at no point in the interaction, with me trying to get my pizza, did Perry ever apologize that I wasn't getting my pizza. Again Perry responded with the, "well I'm sorry that you feel that way", line. It wasn't a way that I felt, really, it was just a thing that was happening cause i didnt yet have pizza. He hadn't ever apologized the entire time I hadn't gotten my pizza. So just let people know the 2 and a 1/2 star rating that they have is probably being super generous. It smells like feet in here. I can't tell whether the food is any good, cause I never got it. The manager's either an idiot, or he really doesn't care about his restaurant. The staff is a bunch of teenagers that make like 8 bucks an hour, and probably don't really care if anybody gets anything. Meanwhile their corporation is not gonna be available for me to talk to about this until Monday. Imagine that. I'll do that as well, but I just want to make sure that everybody knew this before the weekend. I didn't want a bunch of people to go out and try to spend a whole lot of money at Chuck E Cheese pizzas, and then when they didn't get their pizzas talk to Perry about it, and get even more dissatisfied when they realize Perry could care less whether you got your pizza as long as Perry gets to close on time. Wish i could rate -10. The manager ruined the entire "decent" experience! My family spent over $200 here and were celebrating a birthday. Manager took 1000 tickets away from the group of 7 children we had, harassed one of the kids and accused him of stealing tickets VARIOUS times! 3 "games" took my points and no one bothered to help us, they brushed us off. ‼ HERES THE BEST PART: on our way out there was a strong odor of marijuana - it was the manager smoking in the back of the Chuck E. thanks Went to Chuck E Cheese located at Whitehall, PA for some family fun time and mostly to entertain grandsons. We ordered pizza and the longest blonde hair was inside of the pizza. My poor son in law was the one the bite the pizza with the long hair. We complained and they was going to make us a new pizza free of cost. We observe the lady making pizza resting on the table where she makes it with long blonde hair (no hat, no hairnet) texting on her phone. We go and ask for a manager because there is no way we want our pizza now. Plus we questioned why they don't wear hats or hairnets. My 2 daughters work for food service for 7 yrs and they are required mandatory by health sanitation to wear hairnets or hats. When the manager came guess who she was. It was the lady with the long blonde hair that was making our pizza. When we question her about hats or hairnets her response was that they just had passed inspection so therefore they are not required to wear hats nor hairnets. I'm already not a huge fan of Chuck E. Cheese, but it's not about me because it's for the kids. This was one of the..if not THE worst Chuck E. Cheese experience I have ever had at the Lehigh Valley Mall location. We arrived around 3PM and left around 5:30PM. Our pizza order was wrong. The family size order of wings is a joke for $18! The ice cream machine was stuck, although I did get my change back. However, when I went to the counter for help, the staff had extreme attitudes all around. Also, at the prize counter, there were at least 20 lollipops in the display case that we could have gotten, but because they didn't have any extra in their storage bin, they told me that they didn't have any to give out. (: The mouse (Chuck E.) is kind of cheesy so this place is more for little ones and boys (lots fighting, shooting, snowboarding, etc. kinds of games) 3+ Noisy and crowded usually. The games are fun for the kids but the biggest issue with this location is the lack of staff. If a game breaks down or doesn't pay out tickets correctly there is no one around to fix/remedy the problem. A game didn't pay out the bonus amount of tickets and the staff did nothing to fix the game for future guests. read more

We brought our kids here NYE from 5:30-8pm. I was very nervous about bringing my son here since I was never here before and it being a potentially busy night. Upon arriving there were only a few cars in the parking lot, which was a good sign. Walking in you walk through a small roped off section and your entire party gets their hand stamped the same number. That's for security purposes so children don't leave with other people. You can only see with a black light which I thought was clever. To your right is the main counter. You walk up, order your pizza, chicken nuggets etc and also get tokens to play the arcade games. We spent $75, got a large pizza with two toppings, 4 drinks (free refills), chicken nuggets & a token package. Our kids got 265 tokens to use which was more than enough! The manager explained everything to us, which was nice. They give you a table number to put on the tent so the server can find you to put your pizza on the table. While walking to our table (tons to choose from sine there were so many available) I noticed that a lot of the tables were dirty, plates on them still. Maybe they were short staffed because by the time we left things were cleaned. The first thing we did was get a table, put our things down and go do some games. The kids loved it. Plenty of games for everyone and a few games for the parents as well. We noticed our pizza was at our table and our chicken nuggets, the pizza isn't the best. But this isn't a pizza place. Kids seem to love it. At the redemption counter the assistant told us what we could redeem and was very nice in helping us take the tags off our items and showing us how they work. To start off, I don't have any high expectations about Chuck E. Cheese but I had to write a review about this. There was a slice of pizza in front of the main door which was disgusting. Then me and my wife bought a pizza and access to the salad bar. While we didn't receive a "black" plate for a salad bar, we used a regular purple plate. As my wife went to the salad bar, a gentleman in a black polo shirt who I assume is the manager, said something to my wife. He said, "you know you need to pay for the salad bar right?" Insinuating that we just went up there without paying for it. When she told him that we did purchase it, he went to the cashier and she confirmed that we had purchased a salad. As my wife walked away, he whispered to his coworkers "this is the 2nd time she's done this". It was our first time in this location and this made us furious. This man was very disrespectful and this type of behavior from management is unacceptable. We didn't receive an apology or anything from his disgusting accusation. Absolutely horrible! Those two words completely sum up our experience today. The place was so packed you can barely squeeze by anyone. The bathrooms were GROSS! Little girls were walking in there barefooted with one toilet overflown all over the ground, and another clogged. There were two sinks, one was clogged and the other had no soap in it. I will NEVER take my children back there! I felt like I needed to sanitize my children from head to toe by time we left. read more
