You are allowed to schedule an appointment with the barbers online. I scheduled twice online and the barbers I set an appointment with was not aware of the appointment and were not onsite as well. I am a guy with long hair. I have been coming here for neck trims for about a year. It's always…read morebeen ok service, but since there's not much to do, it's a convenient location, and they don't charge me for a full hair cut, I kept coming back. Today, the lady started my neck trim by completely shaving off side burn. When I complained, she "evened it out" by cutting off the other. And she took an inch off above my ear. When I got home, my wife said the back of my neck has no shape and isn't even. Final straw, I'm not going back and will not take my family there again. I paid to mess up my hair right before 3 work events this week.
