Enter Mr. Business Traveler heading out of the hotel in SLO looking for a good dinner. 1st restaurant. Nope - closed. 2nd restaurant. Nein - closed. 3rd restaurant. Nada - closed. Mr. BT calls a couple other restaurants - Zilch. Closed. Mr. BT checks back at the hotel front desk (you see Mr. BT has been walking and realized after several blocks that he should reassess the situation and consult with the hotel staff. They recommend a Mexican place a few blocks the other way. Cerrado. Closed. But wait, what's this? Mr. BT hears cheerful voices and discerns cooking meat on the breeze. He heads in that direction and alights upon Central Coast Brewing and a food truck in evidence in the lot! Soon he can be found lounging in the cool Central Coast breezes enjoying a cold cerveza and a couple tacos. Chicken and carnitas.
