Level Up Innovations, LLC installed a new roof on my house at 38371 Barbara Court, Mechanicsville,…read moreMd. on May 15, 2020. They issued me a 5-year warranty on that roof. On March 23, 2024, my roof developed a significant leak in the vicinity of the chimney box that caused interior damage to my living room and the adjacent hallway ceilings. I called Level Up CEO, Mr. Cody Fielding the morning of March 23rd leak to inform him of the situation and followed it up twice that same day with additional information. In one of those calls I informed Mr. Fielding that I had contacted my insurance company, USAA, with details of the leak and the company which installed it in 2020 and details of their 5-year warranty. I gave them the contact information for Level Up to include Mr. Fielding's telephone number. Each time my call was sent to his voicemail account. I sent two emails to Mr. Fielding with pictures of the damage attached. On March 25th, I called Mr. Fielding once again with additional supporting information. To date, a full month later, I have not received any response from Level Up Innovations/Mr. Fielding. During the period of March 23-March 25 I contacted USAA Insurance company to initiate a claim for the damage to the roof and home interior. My USAA adjuster informed me that he had called Mr. Fielding and discussed the situation with him. I was told that Mr. Fielding had promised that a Level Up representative would come to my home to inspect the damage on March 29th. To date, there has been no such visit from Level Up. Level Up Innovations, LLC/Mr. Cody Fielding has failed to honor his 5-year warranty. Subsequently USAA Insurance has approved the repairs to the roof and subsequent interior damage to another company I have chosen; Infinity Restoration Inc. USAA has initiated an investigation into Level Up Innovations LLC. Their intent is to investigate if a third party (Level Up) is liable for the damages to my property and, if so, pursue that party for my insurance deductible and any amounts USAA has or will pay out on the claim.

They came out and replaced the vent and associated shingles. Great fix! Now, 25 years after moving into this as a new house, I needed a new roof. I got two estimates, one from Marshall. Marshall's representative, Doug, was so thorough and professional in his reprensentation to me and offered a solution re moviing the attic exhaust fan closer to the eave and keeping the ridge vent. The other estimator suggested removing the ridge vent. I wasn't comfortable not having a ridge vent. I again went with Marshall. It was a two day job. They dedicated a more than sufficient crew to the job. The guys were so attentive to protecting against falling shingles as they were stripped from the roof. In short, they did an excellent job! I had absolutely nothing to be concerned about with Marshall's professionalism as a company. And, there cost was lower than my other bid. I only got two bids as my past experience with Marshall and with Doug's representation made it a no-brainer! If you need a roof, go with Marshall.

When he discovered a problem that was not foreseen by the estimator he had to run out to get a part but came back promptly and finished the job on schedule. Although this specific element was not included in the original estimate, Jose installed it without fuss and did not charge for the part or his extra labor. Where can you find that kind of responsibility these days? I would never call anyone but Marshall!

They also seem very knowledgeable and very invested in making sure their community knows that even if they're not their person's number one choice, they still want to be helpful and information that they can provide. I can't really climb on the roof so I guess I can take their warranty and word the job was done right. In sum I think the communication could be better. The very polite representative came out promptly and looked at the problem. Two roof vents (kitchen vent and furnace exhaust) needed some silicone sealant applied. One may need a replacement rubber gasket. Estimated cost to come out a week later was $1,450. Replied that this is ridiculous. Don't know if they are always this far from good or they thought I was a pigeon. ...to continue my review... The work necessary to address the leaks is a two minute adjustment to an existing new rubber gasket and a few ounces of a UV resistant sealer. I was willing to pay for a professional job. Ridiculous.

But in July 2025, the roof started leaking again. Since the roof and they work they did had a warantee, we called ASA to come repair. Twice, they scheduled with us to inspect, and never showed up. They finally did after weeks of numerous calls, voicemails and emails. However -- we never heard back from the inspection, and now, in September 2025 (months later) we had a big leak again. We emailed them to come back out and to hear the results of the July inspection, no answer yet (two days later). Not a great experience with ASA. I'll update this review if the company responds and promptly resolves the issue.
