Had a great time at Slow Pour Brewing Company for a birthday party! We had a big group, and the space was perfect for accommodating all of us. Inside, we played a bunch of board games (which kept everyone entertained), and they also have an outdoor game area that's perfect for when the weather's nice. The beer selection was solid, good variety and something for everyone. From IPAs, to sour, to dark. I tried the Southern Orchard, El Camino and Arnold Palmer. All pretty good. There was also a food truck on-site serving up burgers, nachos, and more. Super convenient if you're hungry while sipping your beer! Loved that the place was family-friendly too. Great vibe, chill crowd, and overall just a fun spot to hang out whether you're celebrating something or just hanging out with friends.

Way fun! Been here lots of times. This has to be the most fun! Saturday night, GREAT band, cold beer, good spot to sit & relax & fun to see what "anything but a beer" containers folks brought! Someone brought a globe, hahahaha! Saw Viking horns, kids toys- very creative! Know the line for beer/refills gets pretty long. Staff are working not doubt, just be prepared to wait. This is not a joint where servers come to you. Beer, soft drinks & water- you get your own. No kitchen- bring your own food or order from the food truck. Last night was Egg Roll Boyz- pretty tasty. Samples - yes! Try craft beers before you commit. Oh, and pets allowed! See pics & videos. Wish you were there!

This place was super cute for a day night, nights with friends or just a solo day. They have so many options and my favorite was the Strawberry Shortcake beer which was super light but so tasty. The service was pretty good. They were short staffed so we couldn't do any flights but we could still try beers which was really nice. I'd highly recommend coming here.

    Dog Friendly

This was our second time here, first time with the dogs and we love how dog friendly it is. They even have dog treats at the countertop for your pups. There does seem to be a resident cat that pops out here and there so just be aware of that. It doesn't really bother anyone though. This is such a chill vibe type of place. You can sit outside or inside, they have board games and cards so it's great to just hang out. They usually have a food truck but we haven't checked it out yet so that's next on the list. Also, we love how they have water readily available where you can grab it when you want without having to ask someone. They tend to be pretty busy when we've went so the service is ok... nothing fancy. We love their selection of beers and they usually have a frozen drink (usually a hard seltzer or cider) that's pretty delicious. We've done flights and haven't made it through all of the options yet.

Best seller is the Cotillion blonde ale

Best seller is the Cotillion blonde ale, which was easy to get 6 pack of. Loved the road to el Dorado IPA, favorite of the day here. Helles hath was mild and not as interesting as others. Outside area was pleasant and there are games you can borrow and play here. Dog and child friendly all around.

Pretty decent brewery. Taps were mainly IPAs and sours...which are not really my cup of tea....or my pour of beer. For my first beer I had "Cover Track." It was just okay. For my second beer I had "Annie Are You Okay?" It was very yummy! It was listed as a stout, but it wasn't heavy. The beer-tender was nice and welcoming. There is ample seating both inside and outside. Some games to chose from as well. Bathrooms were clean!

It doesn't take much to lure me to a brewery. My volunteer group had a fundraiser here recently (BINGO for Off The Chain USA) and I was automatically in! Slow pour is in the downtown area of Lawrenceville, near all the foodie restaurants. So, there is immediate access to wonderful food! There is a large parking lot across the street too, so you don't have to worry about parking. The outside area is really charming, and they have a spot for food trucks. The inside is decently large but only one smaller bar area. Due to set-up for BINGO, didn't get a chance to ask if there were normally more bars to purchase beer. For the flight, I did an amber, sour, festival, and ipa. The sour was the strongest sour I ever had, I believe around 10%. It was very good for being that strong! The misty Mtn ipa with that had me at a light buzz, and was my second fav. The other ones weren't too shabby either. Overall. I really liked the selection they offered. Would I buy any of these in the store? Maaaaybe the sour. 5 stars due to the selection, location, ease of parking and decent atmosphere. Plus they raised $1k for my non-profit I volunteer for. Certainly recommend!

Slow Pour decided to restrict kids from singing or even being in the same room as the karaoke except for ONE HOUR bc grown ass adults were "uncomfortable" singing with kids present. The co-owner, Nate Groves, refused to discuss the issue with me unless it was in person or by on a call. Why are children being punished bc of adult feelings?

Pretty cool little spot on a Thursday night. The beer flights were amazing, I actually like the more bitter tasting beers. This place is super cute with all of the lighting and the trivia and after a few beers, heck.... everything is pretty -lol The food truck next door took things to another level! The empanadas were delish! We placed an order and had to go back and place another order for the beer empanadas..... they were great! Service was great! Good Friendly group of people, they also served hot coco. I would definitely recommend this place.

I think it's a really fun spot. We went there for Saint Patty's day and it was packed but not super packed. My only disappointment was how long the line was for the beers! yikes! I also ran out of pictures and had to pour our beers into glass and take the pitchers away... That being said, it's a huge space. there's outdoor and indoor options and it's absolutely beautiful. They have street parking and also a private parking lot across the street for other places including this one. There's a bar inside and plenty of space outside. You can bring your dogs. It's a great place to hang out. They don't sell food that I think you can have food delivered and they may have food trucks from time to time. They do have snacks on sale. They have a large variety of beers and I think this is a great place to go just on a casual night. They do have trivia as well which is super fun. I definitely think you should come here, bring your friends, order some pizza, grab some beers and enjoy trivia night. I think they're also expanding which is nice. Everyone here is super cool and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience. They just seemed a little overwhelmed on Saint Patty's day. it's a beautiful open space too and there's tons of seating. it's also very cool place to bring a date for casual beer. It's close to the downtown area about maybe a 10 minute walk or three minute drive. or definitely gonna come here again!

Brook went over the menu. And like always when I visit a restaurant for the first time. I asked what are your suggestions from the menu. I was already eyeballing the Portobello burger and cowboy burger before he suggesed them. So, we chose those 2 along with the onion rings and spicy fried pickles. I didn't get the cooks name but she was great. We had to tell her she made that food RIGHTTTT. OMG, everything was delicious. Both burger was full of flavor and juicy. Now, I don't normally don't go for onion rings that's Misters thing. But when a tried one I kept trying them. The chipotle ranch sauce with it was the best. My spicy fried pickle was fried to perfection. I also got a beer. Brook suggested a few for me to try. I ended up getting the Bravazzi Liomonatta. Which is light and refreshing. Delicious!!! I also didn't get the other gentleman's name who made sure everything was good with our visit. Y'all the whole staff tonight was great. We left with a full happy stomach and the assurance that we WILL return. I think this will be our later night spot.

The brewery can be seen from the street and looks tiny - it's much larger inside. There's plenty of parking available out front. I managed to hit Blackbird Farms during their grand opening and was able to sample 4 beers (at the time no flights so 4 was pretty much my max over a few hours to be able to sample and still drive). I can early on opening day and it was fairly busy but not packed - it picked up as I hung around. The interior is still a bit sparse with tables in the front, a taproom bar containing about 8 taps (one held root beer and a new NEIPA was offered for the opening so 8 beer taps total) and the brewhouse pretty much open for viewing directly behind the taproom. Bathrooms are towards the back and to the right. Directly across from the taproom bar are some classic arcade games including pinball machines and a Seville bowling game. For the opening Blackbird offered the following: * Farmish Pale Ale * GA Airport Beer Lager * Yellow River Wheat * Trophy Husband Stout * Part Time Genius NEIPA * Lemon Kiss Radler * Little Llama Root Beer * Lemon Kiss Shandy - Radler 6% - Lemony sweet with mild acid, very refreshing and a great initial offering. * Hop Clinic NEIPA 7% - Fairly dry NEIPA with tropical and melon notes, registers slightly flat with little nose, otherwise fluffy body with great lacing, low bitterness and very crushable. * Part Time Genius NEIPA 7% - Pretty tasty, tons of citrus with sweet tangerine notes in this excellent NEIPA. * Trophy Husband Stout 11% - Robust roasted malt notes in this almost English style Imperial Stout, good notes of chocolate and coffee in a full body and a full finish. Deceptively good.
