Came here for trivia night and it was fantastic! Really loved the beer flight we tried, and I have never had a better seltzer than their Strawberry Sensation. The chocolate stout was also a winner. The vibe is very industrial, cozy under warmly lit string lights. Great space that can definitely accommodate larger parties. The garden is also incredible, with gorgeous poppies and snapdragons this time of year. The man leading trivia (from a third party company called Outspoken) was well-organized, funny, and wholesome. We super enjoyed the format for trivia, where you choose point values for the answers. Also loved the food available during that night, which was a catering company. We had a burrito and quesadilla, both great options. The green sauce still sticks in my mind as so flavorful. Doggie friendly got us going over. Lots of space, indoor & out. Good spot for large parties. Karaoke a bit hit or miss with attendance but when the crowd is low, the singers are a bit more courageous. Owner was welcoming and cheerful, nice for quick chats. Had a great time at Slow Pour Brewing Company for a birthday party! We had a big group, and the space was perfect for accommodating all of us. Inside, we played a bunch of board games (which kept everyone entertained), and they also have an outdoor game area that's perfect for when the weather's nice. The beer selection was solid, good variety and something for everyone. From IPAs, to sour, to dark. I tried the Southern Orchard, El Camino and Arnold Palmer. All pretty good. There was also a food truck on-site serving up burgers, nachos, and more. Super convenient if you're hungry while sipping your beer! Loved that the place was family-friendly too. Great vibe, chill crowd, and overall just a fun spot to hang out whether you're celebrating something or just hanging out with friends. Stopped in for some beer on a trip to Lawrenceville. Good solid brewery/ taproom vibe. Guy pouring beer was very helpful so server was great. Beer was good. Lots to choose from with plenty of light and dark beers available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was I'm allergic cats and they had two house cats that do get on the tables. However, once they greeted us the cats did disappear. Huge indoor and outdoor seating areas. This was our second time here, first time with the dogs and we love how dog friendly it is. They even have dog treats at the countertop for your pups. There does seem to be a resident cat that pops out here and there so just be aware of that. It doesn't really bother anyone though. This is such a chill vibe type of place. You can sit outside or inside, they have board games and cards so it's great to just hang out. They usually have a food truck but we haven't checked it out yet so that's next on the list. Also, we love how they have water readily available where you can grab it when you want without having to ask someone. They tend to be pretty busy when we've went so the service is ok... nothing fancy. We love their selection of beers and they usually have a frozen drink (usually a hard seltzer or cider) that's pretty delicious. Pretty decent brewery. Taps were mainly IPAs and sours...which are not really my cup of tea....or my pour of beer. For my first beer I had "Cover Track." It was just okay. For my second beer I had "Annie Are You Okay?" It was very yummy! It was listed as a stout, but it wasn't heavy. The beer-tender was nice and welcoming. It doesn't take much to lure me to a brewery. My volunteer group had a fundraiser here recently (BINGO for Off The Chain USA) and I was automatically in! Slow pour is in the downtown area of Lawrenceville, near all the foodie restaurants. So, there is immediate access to wonderful food! There is a large parking lot across the street too, so you don't have to worry about parking. The outside area is really charming, and they have a spot for food trucks. The inside is decently large but only one smaller bar area. Due to set-up for BINGO, didn't get a chance to ask if there were normally more bars to purchase beer. For the flight, I did an amber, sour, festival, and ipa. The sour was the strongest sour I ever had, I believe around 10%. It was very good for being that strong! The misty Mtn ipa with that had me at a light buzz, and was my second fav. The other ones weren't too shabby either. Overall. I really liked the selection they offered. Would I buy any of these in the store? Maaaaybe the sour. 5 stars due to the selection, location, ease of parking and decent atmosphere. Plus they raised $1k for my non-profit I volunteer for. This place is super cute with all of the lighting and the trivia and after a few beers, heck.... everything is pretty -lol The food truck next door took things to another level! I think it's a really fun spot. We went there for Saint Patty's day and it was packed but not super packed. My only disappointment was how long the line was for the beers! yikes! I also ran out of pictures and had to pour our beers into glass and take the pitchers away... That being said, it's a huge space. there's outdoor and indoor options and it's absolutely beautiful. They have street parking and also a private parking lot across the street for other places including this one. There's a bar inside and plenty of space outside. You can bring your dogs. It's a great place to hang out. They don't sell food that I think you can have food delivered and they may have food trucks from time to time. They do have snacks on sale. They have a large variety of beers and I think this is a great place to go just on a casual night. They do have trivia as well which is super fun. I definitely think you should come here, bring your friends, order some pizza, grab some beers and enjoy trivia night. I think they're also expanding which is nice. Everyone here is super cool and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience. They just seemed a little overwhelmed on Saint Patty's day. it's a beautiful open space too and there's tons of seating. it's also very cool place to bring a date for casual beer. This brewery is steps away from cute, quaint downtown Lawrenceville. The space is large and beautiful! They also have a lovely outdoor space that was WAY too hot enjoy on my late July visit. The selection is great! There's something for everyone. My bf is an IPA man and I love a good sour or saison. We ordered flights so we could try a bunch of options. I got Stone Collector 2 (Sour), Peachin' to the Choir (Blonde Ale), Little Drops of Rain (American IPA), an Dr. Tarty (Berliner Weisse). The blonde was underwhelming and not as peachy as the name would suggest but still totally drinkable. Im not normally into IPA but I have been trying and enjoying the fruited California style ones; this one was pretty good. I liked it more than Peachin' to the Choir. Dr. Tarty wasn't was tart as the name suggests but was crisp and smooth. The piece de resistance was the Stone Collector. It was absolutely delicious and nearly like wine! Seriously, if you're a wine drinker its the one for you, you wont regret it! read more

Atmosphere: WHAT AN AMAZING ESTABLISHMENT! I loved the exposed brick inside and the fact that you could actually see the brewery system in the back. Seating area is vast and there's even a little cozy, quaint spot on the other side of the open ballroom area for a little more intimacy. The outdoor area is beautifully lit at night and gives a Christmacy feel. Definitely a sight to see! Drinks: I ordered the Stone Collector (Sour). It was very delectable. Very sour, but quite smooth and tasty! Definitely a great pick from the guy that pointed it out to me. I'm not sure what my friend ordered, but he said that he usually gets the same drink. Parking: parking is really easy. There's a lot across the street and there's a generous amount of spots. Would I recommend? Yes! Get here and see if you can attend the bingo night. It was a blast! Update! Although we had a very bad experience today, the taproom manager exceeded our expectations to make it right! We hope they also address the issues we had via their website and not being locals in the know about how things really work. We're traveling older folks who believe in masking during this pandemic, so we were pleased to see an online order option which supposedly included a side area to let someone know to bring our order out. No signs, no nothing for a side area. We had to brave the unmasked hoards and go up to the bar, where the woman argued about the two bottles versus the two six packs of their "Travler" IPA we ordered. Clearly on their website are bottles for $11.99 each or in the six pack section, bottles for $12.99. Six packs of other brews were available in cans. So for more than $25 we expected two six packs of bottles, not a bag with two bottles in it. All she wanted to do was argue and tell us we were welcome to try another of their IPAs. I gave her those two bottles back and she agreed to refund them. I'm glad we didn't try the other IPAS, because we also ordered two six packs of their breakfast stout. it is a watery brew. I sure miss being able to sit at a table without fear of Covid and try a flight. We would not have bothered with the six packs, and we better see that refund real quick! read more

First time here yesterday! It is absolutely a winner! The have ample parking across the street! great beer selection! Flights are $10 if you don't know what to get started on! I went for the Southernality which is an IPA. it was so so smooth almost dangerous They dont have food items but they have food trucks which is always fun! The atmosphere was super chill and i loved all the greenery we were surrounded by! In times of covid, I feel that they had a great outdoor area pretty distanced tables from eachother! I do wish they had an outdoor area to purchase drinks from as well but all brewmasters wore masks inside while pouring. Masks are not required for patrons inside and i didnt see a lot of people wearing masks while waiting in line which was a little hard to see! read more

Honest thought : Could we PLEASE get a space like this in our hood? Slow Pour Brewing has one of the best patios and some seriously tasty beers. From the Spirit of the Moment Stout, which was Liz's fave, a bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout that was deep and rich, slightly boozy (12.8%) with chocolate notes to Nostalgia IPA, John's fave which he called drinkable and slightly hoppy. Flight: The Commodore James is a light lager that was crisp and all-day drinkable, which we love. The Cotillion Blonde Ale is lightly fruity, sippable, and cool, which is perfect for that amazing patio. The Reap and Sow Saison a little bit sour, but a whole lot of spices, a good all around balanced beer. Plus, have you seen this patio? It's nice to have Slow Pour in the downtown Lawrenceville area. They have a great selection of brews and a huge beautiful space to enjoy them in! When you arrive, you'll see the white brick building with a big Slow Pour mural painted on the side. Parking is available across the street. They have a cool outdoor area that we weren't able to check out due to the monsoon, but it looked like a cool spot to hang out in nicer weather. A picnic table, edison bulb lights strung up and an overall welcoming vibe. Once you're inside you feel right at home. Exposed brick, beams and beautiful restored hardwood floors are a cool backdrop to drink beer while lounging at various tables and couches. The space is seriously huge - 3,000 sq ft. Step right up to the back bar and order a flight! I grabbed a flight that includes their southernality and nostalgia IPAs, as well as peachin' and a raspberry beer. They were all delicious but I'm an IPA gal so I really enjoyed the nostalgia and the southernality the most. The beer-tender was extremely helpful and friendly and while we did visit on a slower day, I was impressed that he remembered our names every time we presented back to the bar. That just really made me feel right at home! We stayed for an hour or two just catching up and taking in the space. They have board games and card games that you can play if you intend to stay a while, and the space definitely lends itself to that. I would definitely recommend looking into hosting your next event here! Anything from just to get together with some friends to a bridal shower. I have been to so many breweries it is hard to impress me anymore. Same with my wife. Well our socks were blown off last night. We walked the short .3 miles from downtown Lawrenceville to the brewery to check it out since we were in town. From the moment we set foot in the place we were so impressed. The old 106+ year building is just plain cool. Exposed brick and beam, a projector system set up to watch "the game" or whatever is playing. Tons of games and nooks and crannies with mismatched furniture. A giant Jenga and connect four game (don't sit too close when they dump those pieces you are apt to have a PTSD moment. TWO, count them TWO bars - though only one was serving last night. We haven't even gotten to the beer. That was actually the most impressive. We ordered 2 flights of 4 beers. That covered about all of them except 3. We skipped a salted peach blonde, a plain sour and a cherry sour. The flight went from a blonde all the way to an imperial milk stout, with about everything in between including an IPA (which btw won a local beer festival) and a raspberry sour. Every damn beer was a great, wow, I would order this one type of beer. That has never happened before and I don't expect it to happen again. Each beer stood on its own - proudly I might add. If you are remotely in the area and love good beer you must come by! read more

A friend discovered this place and I'm glad she did. It's like large warehouse where one side is the brewery and the other side a bar. The bar area seems like a large living room with tables and board games all over. It gave the feeling of being in the cabin. I was very excited to see that a brewery opened in Lawrenceville, 10 minutes from my house. I believe this is the first one in Gwinnett. It's located just a few blocks from the Lawrenceville Square with ample free parking across the street. I went for the first time October 14 at 4:30 PM with my wife. The tasting room is huge compared to any of the other breweries that I have visited. It has a very industrial, trendy feel. Looks like an old warehouse with red brick walls on the inside. There are tables and chairs for seating and some couches with a projection screen in one area for watching sports. Counters line the walls for those who wish to stand. There is also a seating area outside with picnic tables. There were probably 30 people there when we were there, but the space could easily accommodate a couple hundred more. I enjoyed the 7 beer options they had. I am not a beer snob and prefer the basic drinking beers like simple IPAs, brown ales and pale ales. They did not have any sours or super high gravity options. I was great with the selection, but some would complain about the simplicity of the beers. Overall it was a great experience. They have only been open a few weeks and are trying to figure some things out. I hope they do well and Lawrenceville gets more breweries. I will be back. It is worth the trip just to see the space. The bathrooms are very cool. Wanted to take a picture but others were in the bathroom and did not want to weird anyone out. This would be a great place to meet a buddy for a beer or for a large group to meet up. I saw a group outside that had several kids at the picnic tables. I am not sure if it was the time of day or what, but the crowd was an older crowd. I am used to the college-aged 20 something crowd at breweries, but the average age was probably over 40. Nice vibe, good to see something that brings a younger crowd out in Lawrenceville. They have some good brews. Although they don't serve food in house, they had a food truck on hand which I would imagine will be a fairly common thing. I guess the only thing that they're missing is some more options in regards to beer. They only had 3 choices on tap when we were there (about 1 week after they opened). I spoke with some folks there who said that they should be rolling some new options out in the near future though. read more
