What a fun concept! The place won me over the moment we walked in and they had XG playing! ALPHAZ!!! The Wall of ramen/udon was so much fun. I really didn't know what to get and was trying to avoid the ones we eat at home. I like that they have a board of spice levels. Makes it easier to find what you're craving. After we picked our ramen and toppings we got to prepare and cook it. The ramen is just like home with toppings you can put in but it's the experience. They have tons of drinks and ice cream that are viral or hard to find. It was fun to make our own drinks and try different flavors. It was a fun dinner experience and we would definitely come back if we're in the area. They have been opened less than a year and the ladies here were so nice and personable. She helped us and showed us what to do. They even have a stamp card! 2 ramen packs, 3 toppings, 4 drinks, 2 Korean dogs, 1 fried chicken ice cream with tip came out to about $66 which is not bad at all for 3 people. Korean dogs are frozen and they will fry them up for you. I was surprised it wasn't oily at all and had that cheese pull. They do have other dishes made to order such has kimchi fried rice and japchae. Definitely give Slurp and Sip a try!

I've been here three times in the last week. Friendly staff, a wide variety of ramen options available, and a very relaxing atmosphere, with K-pop blaring on the overhead speakers. In addition to ramen, there are Korean rice bowls and a variety of treats (Korean chips, peperos, dalgona). On my third visit, I had the jjajang ramen, with a side order of dalgona. Thank you, Slurp and Sip Valencia!! Many more visits to come!! 감사합니다~~

Really fun experience, love all the variety and options of ramen! They also have a lot of topping choices (chicken katsu was delicious). The owner was so helpful when it came to deciding what to get & using the cooking machines. Will be back soon to try other ramen & snacks

Tons of options, friendly staff, clean/colorful ambiance. We are excited to come back and try different varieties!

It's a fun concept. The shop is very colorful and has A LOT of options when it comes to ramen, drinks. They also have some snacks and ice cream!! There weren't too many people when I went so it was pretty chill and they had a good playlist. The shop isn't too big but there are like 7 or 8 tables available to eat in. I wasn't super content with the service but maybe they were just busy I don't know. For an idea of pricing, I went with my sister and I paid about $40 for the 2 of us. We got two ramens, with about 3 toppings each, and no drinks. I got the 'mixed vegetables' and they gave me a little sauce container with some frozen peas lol. I personally didn't think it was worth the price tag given that it's instant ramen and I make something very similar at home. But if price point isn't an issue for you, it's a fun way to have ramen. If I were to go back it would be to try their bowls maybe but not any of the instant food options.

So excited to have a Ramen Library "near" me. And by near me I mean 40 minutes is better than over an hour . The owners were so nice to help my clueless self who came in because of TikTok but what's new because that's how we roll now. I picked what I thought wasn't a spicy mushroom ramen but it's spicy not too bad though. I chose a hard boiled egg, imitation crab, rice cakes, cilantro and lime. Possibly the dried vegetables but I don't remember. I love the gigantic cup of ramen table. Ambiance is Korean Pop music and peaceful if you go on a Monday morning. I love the pouches of drink that you can put in ice.

A fun and yummy new Korean food experience for SCV. It reminded me of our visits to Korea. Ramen: this is how they cook ramen in some of the Korean convenience stores. You pick out the ramen from the display and order the toppings at the counter. You then head to the ramen cooking station. Instructions are very clear but if you need help the staff are right there to assist. They also have various rice bowls, kim bop, Korean corn dogs and other snacks. They have various drinks and ice cream/popsicles you can also purchase. The owners are so sweet and friendly, always asking if we need help with anything. The restaurant is kept clean and spacious with a few tables towards the back. Our meal: black shin ramen with fish cakes and corn for extra toppings. One beef bowl and a mango ade pouch poured into a cup of ice (ice available in the frozen food section). Everything was delicious.

So much fun !! Dine in available Reasonable price Great customer service Very clean and well kept Many options This was a very fun experience for the whole family! Feels like you're in a Korean convent store! The customer service was outstanding !

Slurp and sip is a great spot to have that Korea/japan convenience store experience! They have the ramen, they have the cup of ice and pouched drinks. The owners are very nice and ready to help you select ramen and to help you use the insanely genius machines that dispense hot water and boil the water in their special bowls! You're wondering "Andrew it's just instant ramen though" it is but the charm this place has that imitates the experience overseas here in the states is amazing. I have never cooked instant ramen to perfection and drinking the delicious blue lemonade with my ramen and toppoki is crazy good, but here is a plot twist they do in fact make food here too! My second visit I had the luxury to try both their chicken fried rice and the kimchi fried rice and it was phenomenal. We also got the fried beef dumplings and my god they were delicious! They make bowls that use japchae as their base and I plan on trying more as me and wife keep visiting! It can be overwhelming but don't be afraid to ask! The owners know all the ramens they have and they have a few frozen items like kimbap and dumplings! They also have Korean ice creams and other sweet treats. I also got to try the mango shaped ice cream and it was also blowing my mind! The shop has been opened for about 5 months from this posting and let me tell you it's worth the try regardless of where in the 805 you are make the 45 minute trip to Valencia but go with an open mind and go for the experience! I love leaving with a few of the pouched drinks every time I go.

We loved this place! Kids can cook their own ramen. Owners and staff are very nice and friendly. Post its on the walls with other people's love for this place. We will definitely come again!

You can leave fun post it notes to look at each visit. Always a good conversation starter!

Our favorite restaurant in SCV. The only ramen place we go! The owner is probably the sweetest person I've ever met. We had our son's birthday there just the other week, and she made it so special for him and his friends. I wish I could give 100 stars! You HAVE to try them out, you won't be disappointed.

This place is incredible. Found it off tik tok but omg all the options. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. We been twice now and just keeps getting better. It's small lil mom n pop feel but so clean and just overall great experience. And all of my kids enjoyed it and they're hard to please

The flavor was definitely there, but something about them left a bit more to be desired. Honestly not sure if the red dumplings were meant to be kimchi flavored, but we didn't feel there was enough spice and much of the filling tasted like simply vegetables. We also tried the galbitang, and between that and the larger beef rib soup, I'd say going for the larger soup is definitely more worth it. We ordered the Galbitang, veggie soondubu, bibimbop and chapchae (glass noodles with veggies). The flavors were good but execution could have been better. The soondubu came out pretty spicy even though we had ordered mild. The glass noodles were a little overcooked. Most importantly they had run out of rice! We waited about 15 more minutes after our soups came before we got our rice. The meal is on the higher price range. But because the flavors were pretty good, we will most likely try coming back at another time when it isn't so busy.

Our order followed just a few minutes after. The presentation of the Garlic SuYuk was so neat when it arrived bubbling hot. The tender pork slices simmering in the broth paired well with the garlic and red bean pastes. The Gal bi was very good, but those slightly spicy marinated dumplings were amazing! Jorge took our meat order and we started off with beef belly, thin pork belly and marinated pork skirt meat. The food arrived on a robot which was really fun. (Don't forget to hit the Done button to send the robot back home!). I also ordered the fried squid. I found the beef belly to be perfectly fatty, and it crisped up really well. My favorite has been the marinated pork skirt meet for a while now. The marinade is a little sweet, and the pork tasted great too. I tried the fried squid legs and there was a lot more fried, and less squid legs. However, the batter was pretty tasty! We ordered a few repeat meats, and Jorge was efficient with the grill changes. The last thing I ordered was the tofu soup. I don't want to say it was too spicy, but it definitely had a kick that left me coughing. I wish that we could pick the spice level, maybe next time I will ask to see if it's possible to get less spice. This is my favorite KBBQ spot in SCV. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Inside, it is roomy, modern minimalist design with a high ceiling. Each table has a grill in the middle with a vent above. Staff turns the grill on low to prevent overcooking. I prefer the non-marinated meats - beef brisket, thin pork belly, beef belly and beef sirloin and dipping it in the oil/salt/pepper and the soy jalapeno dip. It's flavorful and "clean" in taste. I do like the marinated meats like the beef bulgogi, garlic chicken and spicy pork. They are marinated perfectly. I just prefer tasting the meat on its own. As with all KBBQ spots, you are given an array of banchan that can range from kimchi, pickled everything (radish, cucumber, daikon), potato salad and tofu. You also get a personal size serving of rice. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they switch the grill after each rotation. I can barely finish three rounds of meat so paying around $40 is well worth the price. This is place is great for hanging out with friends, a casual date or bringing the whole family. We didn't try the barbecue this visit, but after seeing and smelling what everyone else was cooking, it's definitely at the top of our list for next time. I believe our server's name was Hollyn. She asked us if we had ever been there before, and we said no. She offered to give us the spiel of how everything works but it seemed pretty straight forward. There were three menus - All You Can Eat, Adventures in Niku, and A la Cart. We opted for the AYCE premium at $50/person. We were told we can order 2 meats per person, and then as many sides as we wanted when we put in an order. We ordered: Garlic edamame, cheese corn, cucumbers, vegetable spring rolls, fried pork gyoza dumplings, toro beef, angus beef rib, New York steak, pork belly, shishito peppers, and a few other meat options that I can't remember from the AYCE menu. A la cart we ordered the garlic rice. From the Adventures in Niku menu we got the $2.50 Kirin drafts. My personal favorites were the Angus Beef Rib, garlic edamame, garlic fried rice, and lots and lots of s'mores! We were very impressed with our server because she was very present and not on autopilot. For example, when we put in our first order we ordered the garlic fried rice and a two steamed white rices. I believe when a different employee dropped off our meats, she said she was going to get the white rice but never came back. My partner and I didn't think anything of it because the garlic fried rice was so large, and we can always order more steamed rice if we really needed it. About halfway into our meal, our server looks at our food and goes "didn't you order 2 steamed rices in addition to the garlic fried rice?!" I said yes and she immediately went to go get it. It was really nice to see that she wasn't just putting orders in as she heard them, but she was actually fully present and listening to what the order was and then doing mental checks to see if we had received everything. She was fantastic! In addition to our server, I noticed that there were bussers who would walk around looking for empty plates to remove. This really helped with keeping our table as empty as possible for all the food that we ordered. Overall, the food was something fun and different than we're used to. While I understand that it was a busy evening and that there may have been other customers waiting for tables, I found it inappropriate and unprofessional to be asked to leave when we were still consuming items we had legitimately purchased. We did not order from an all-you-can-eat menu, which typically has a clearly stated time limit. As paying customers dining from the regular menu, we reasonably expected to be allowed to finish our food and beverages without feeling rushed or pressured to leave. What was most disappointing was the manner in which the situation was handled. Hospitality should include treating guests with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be. Being asked to leave while still finishing our drinks and foods left us feeling unwelcome and diminished what would otherwise have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope you will address this matter with your staff and reinforce the importance of professional customer service and respectful communication. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this complaint and any information regarding how this matter will be addressed. Sincerely, Carla
