You can leave fun post it notes to look at each visit. Always a good conversation starter!

Our favorite restaurant in SCV. The only ramen place we go! The owner is probably the sweetest person I've ever met. We had our son's birthday there just the other week, and she made it so special for him and his friends. I wish I could give 100 stars! You HAVE to try them out, you won't be disappointed.

I've been here three times in the last week. Friendly staff, a wide variety of ramen options available, and a very relaxing atmosphere, with K-pop blaring on the overhead speakers. In addition to ramen, there are Korean rice bowls and a variety of treats (Korean chips, peperos, dalgona). On my third visit, I had the jjajang ramen, with a side order of dalgona. Thank you, Slurp and Sip Valencia!! Many more visits to come!! 감사합니다~~

This place is incredible. Found it off tik tok but omg all the options. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. We been twice now and just keeps getting better. It's small lil mom n pop feel but so clean and just overall great experience. And all of my kids enjoyed it and they're hard to please

It's a fun concept. The shop is very colorful and has A LOT of options when it comes to ramen, drinks. They also have some snacks and ice cream!! There weren't too many people when I went so it was pretty chill and they had a good playlist. The shop isn't too big but there are like 7 or 8 tables available to eat in. I wasn't super content with the service but maybe they were just busy I don't know. For an idea of pricing, I went with my sister and I paid about $40 for the 2 of us. We got two ramens, with about 3 toppings each, and no drinks. I got the 'mixed vegetables' and they gave me a little sauce container with some frozen peas lol. I personally didn't think it was worth the price tag given that it's instant ramen and I make something very similar at home. But if price point isn't an issue for you, it's a fun way to have ramen. If I were to go back it would be to try their bowls maybe but not any of the instant food options.

Tons of options, friendly staff, clean/colorful ambiance. We are excited to come back and try different varieties!

Really fun experience, love all the variety and options of ramen! They also have a lot of topping choices (chicken katsu was delicious). The owner was so helpful when it came to deciding what to get & using the cooking machines. Will be back soon to try other ramen & snacks

So excited to have a Ramen Library "near" me. And by near me I mean 40 minutes is better than over an hour . The owners were so nice to help my clueless self who came in because of TikTok but what's new because that's how we roll now. I picked what I thought wasn't a spicy mushroom ramen but it's spicy not too bad though. I chose a hard boiled egg, imitation crab, rice cakes, cilantro and lime. Possibly the dried vegetables but I don't remember. I love the gigantic cup of ramen table. Ambiance is Korean Pop music and peaceful if you go on a Monday morning. I love the pouches of drink that you can put in ice.

A fun and yummy new Korean food experience for SCV. It reminded me of our visits to Korea. Ramen: this is how they cook ramen in some of the Korean convenience stores. You pick out the ramen from the display and order the toppings at the counter. You then head to the ramen cooking station. Instructions are very clear but if you need help the staff are right there to assist. They also have various rice bowls, kim bop, Korean corn dogs and other snacks. They have various drinks and ice cream/popsicles you can also purchase. The owners are so sweet and friendly, always asking if we need help with anything. The restaurant is kept clean and spacious with a few tables towards the back. Our meal: black shin ramen with fish cakes and corn for extra toppings. One beef bowl and a mango ade pouch poured into a cup of ice (ice available in the frozen food section). Everything was delicious.

So much fun !! Dine in available Reasonable price Great customer service Very clean and well kept Many options This was a very fun experience for the whole family! Feels like you're in a Korean convent store! The customer service was outstanding !

We loved this place! Kids can cook their own ramen. Owners and staff are very nice and friendly. Post its on the walls with other people's love for this place. We will definitely come again!

Amazing help from the staff on selecting from the wall of ramen

Slurp and sip is a great spot to have that Korea/japan convenience store experience! They have the ramen, they have the cup of ice and pouched drinks. The owners are very nice and ready to help you select ramen and to help you use the insanely genius machines that dispense hot water and boil the water in their special bowls! You're wondering "Andrew it's just instant ramen though" it is but the charm this place has that imitates the experience overseas here in the states is amazing. I have never cooked instant ramen to perfection and drinking the delicious blue lemonade with my ramen and toppoki is crazy good, but here is a plot twist they do in fact make food here too! My second visit I had the luxury to try both their chicken fried rice and the kimchi fried rice and it was phenomenal. We also got the fried beef dumplings and my god they were delicious! They make bowls that use japchae as their base and I plan on trying more as me and wife keep visiting! It can be overwhelming but don't be afraid to ask! The owners know all the ramens they have and they have a few frozen items like kimbap and dumplings! They also have Korean ice creams and other sweet treats. I also got to try the mango shaped ice cream and it was also blowing my mind! The shop has been opened for about 5 months from this posting and let me tell you it's worth the try regardless of where in the 805 you are make the 45 minute trip to Valencia but go with an open mind and go for the experience! I love leaving with a few of the pouched drinks every time I go.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a beautiful friendly face who so happens to be the owner. She guided us on how to make the ramen and directed us to other selections if we didn't want ramen. The wall of ramen has a VARIETY of selections ! My husband and I had ramen and he chose to get Korean Cordova as well. He ordered a side of chicken katsu and OMG ! It was delicious!!! Literally the best chicken katsu we've ever had! I love that they had my fav rice drink and variety of Japanese deserts and drinks as well. Definitely willl be coming back and referring family to try this amazing restaurant !

This place is so innovative and fun! They have a wall filled with a variety of ramen perfectly organized from mild to very spicy. I tried something in the middle ground with mixed seafood flavor. After choosing your noodle pack, you can choose any other of the wide selection of goodies. They have a huge selection of drinks that all look delicious. I tried a sparkling pineapple green tea and loved it. Once you've grabbed all your goodies you head over to the counter where you get to choose all the additions you want to customize your ramen with. Once you've got those and checked out. You head over to the self serve water machine where you'll be cooking your ramen creation along with the corresponding toppings. The convenient machine will disburse the perfect amount of water, temperature, and time with only the press of 2 buttons. Once your ramen is cooked you add any additional toppings, give it a good stir, and your delicious customized creation is ready to enjoy. Over all I thought it was a lovely experience and can't wait to go again and keep trying different combinations! The owner was there attentively guiding us through the whole experience as it was our first time and she made us feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. Genuinely kind and caring people and it showed! Don't walk, run! And try this place next time you're in the mood for ramen. You'll be glad you did!

I was happy to finally experience the hype. :) Upon coming in, I was impressed by the decor and layout. I especially liked the booth seating -- spacious, comfortable and semi-private. The place is clean and dimly lit. Our son was in charge of ordering, so he chose some of their favorites. We started with two orders of the marinated dumplings. For our mains, the Garlic SuYuk and BBQ Beef Ribs, plus additional bowls of rice for everyone. The banchan were set first -- the husband surprisingly enjoyed the mildly spicy fishcake the most. Our order followed just a few minutes after. The presentation of the Garlic SuYuk was so neat when it arrived bubbling hot. The tender pork slices simmering in the broth paired well with the garlic and red bean pastes. The Gal bi was very good, but those slightly spicy marinated dumplings were amazing! The entire meal was quite comforting with each flavorful bite changing with the banchan. It was a great first experience. I'm sure it won't be our last. Friendly service. I live near Koreatown in LA and this spot is like home away from home when I visit family!…read more It is located in a large mini mall so there is ample parking. Inside, it is roomy, modern minimalist design with a high ceiling. Each table has a grill in the middle with a vent above. Staff turns the grill on low to prevent overcooking. (and yes, you are cooking your own meat which is the fun part.) I normally order all-you-can-eat menu A. I prefer the non-marinated meats - beef brisket, thin pork belly, beef belly and beef sirloin and dipping it in the oil/salt/pepper and the soy jalapeno dip. It's flavorful and "clean" in taste. I do like the marinated meats like the beef bulgogi, garlic chicken and spicy pork. They are marinated perfectly. I just prefer tasting the meat on its own. As with all KBBQ spots, you are given an array of banchan that can range from kimchi, pickled everything (radish, cucumber, daikon), potato salad and tofu. You also get a personal size serving of rice. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they switch the grill after each rotation. I can barely finish three rounds of meat so paying around $40 is well worth the price. This is place is great for hanging out with friends, a casual date or bringing the whole family. (For children, if the adults are buying the AYCE menu, children are charged by their height. My four year old niece barely eats so $10 is a great price and we don't have to pay for full price like some places do.

We were both pleasantly surprised. My friend ordered the Cold Spicy Noodles and immediately commented on how authentic the flavor was, reminding her of dishes she enjoyed growing up in Korea. I went with the 5-piece Shrimp Tempura appetizer, which was perfectly crispy and delicious. Combined with the generous assortment of complimentary Korean side dishes, there was more than enough food to leave us completely satisfied. One of the highlights of the restaurant is that every table is equipped with its own tabletop barbecue. Most of the guests were enjoying the Korean BBQ experience, and the food looked fantastic. We didn't try the barbecue this visit, but after seeing and smelling what everyone else was cooking, it's definitely at the top of our list for next time. If you're looking for authentic Korean flavors without having to drive into Los Angeles, Charcoal Korean BBQ is a great local option. Friendly service, delicious food, and a comfortable atmosphere make it a place we'll gladly return to. I'd give it a solid 4.5 stars and look forward to coming back to try the tabletop BBQ next time.

The spicy I'd say was like a 3 out of 5 in heat, but a 5 out of 5 in flavor. A touch of sweet to cut the heat. I've had some spicy k-fried chicken wear my lips burned for an hour lol, this one is palatable and delicious! The soy ginger is salty goodness, perfect for someone who wants to venture a step beyond the Classic Crunch. My personal choice for next time would be the fries over the Korean style street corn. If you've had esquites from your local street vendor, you'll feel the same. The portions here are hella generous for the price; lunch special is $11.99 for a variety of chicken combos and a side. I appreciate the choice of bottled or soda machine for my soda; I'm a bottle person. They have Pepsi for your carbonated needs. The crunch on this chicken is something special. Particularly on the legs. It gives the full ASMR experience! The female cashier was super welcoming and helpful. We were hesitant on what flavor to choose, and she offered a two flavor split. She also noticed my wife didn't order a drink and offered a water cup. It's the little things, but oftentimes I have to ask for basic necessities. The restaurant has several booths or regular table seating. The atmosphere is fun and exciting, just like the chicken! The cashier kept it moving as well, making sure the restaurant was clean and checking on all the customers. For the out of towners making a pit stop but want something special for the road, or a local in need of some comfort food, this is the spot. I recommend the $12 sandwiches in the original or "secret sauce" if you're on a budget, but the rice bowl and wings are great for a higher price point. I tried the Caribbean flavored rice bowl today, to try a new flavor(they have like 14). I was spicy, savory, and was enough for two to three people. I also enjoyed their staple fried wings with "secret sauce," which also has a kick. It is made from a sort of hoison/soy sauce with a little spiciness. Very flavorful with every bite, and a few wings is filling. The onion rings and sweet potatoes were both fresh and supplemented the meal just right. Dear Mr. T, I am…read morewriting to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your restaurant yesterday evening. First, I would like to say that my family and I have dined at your restaurant on several occasions and have always had positive experiences. We have enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service, which is why the experience we had last night was particularly disappointing. My family and I visited your establishment again and ordered from the à la carte menu. After we had finished most of our meal and paid our bill, some members of our party, including my brothers, were still enjoying their sake and finishing their drinks. To our surprise, a staff member approached us and asked us to leave the restaurant. While I understand that it was a busy evening and that there may have been other customers waiting for tables, I found it inappropriate and unprofessional to be asked to leave when we were still consuming items we had legitimately purchased. We did not order from an all-you-can-eat menu, which typically has a clearly stated time limit. As paying customers dining from the regular menu, we reasonably expected to be allowed to finish our food and beverages without feeling rushed or pressured to leave. What was most disappointing was the manner in which the situation was handled. Hospitality should include treating guests with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be. Being asked to leave while still finishing our drinks and foods left us feeling unwelcome and diminished what would otherwise have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope you will address this matter with your staff and reinforce the importance of professional customer service and respectful communication. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this complaint and any information regarding how this matter will be addressed. Sincerely, Carla
