Scam!!! I went in last week to buy a bottle of Cbd vape juice, they told me all cbd was 50% off and they charged me as such. Went in again today and not only did the guy say that deal doesn't exist even though there was a sign that sad it did, he charged me for something I didn't even get. Honestly, was really taken aback today. Within 10 seconds of me walking in, the employee on duty rushed behind the glass casings to great me by attempting to hug me without saying a single word. This was my first time being in this shop and don't understand why he would do this or if he's done this to other people. I didn't feel comfortable in the situation at all. Another employee came out from a back room and finished helping me which made me feel more comfortable as i had thought me and the first employee were the only ones in there. so these people who work at sunnys suck i went in to replace a stem off a bong they didnt have one that fit. i found one that would have worked for eight bucks he puts it in a brown papper bag and my boyfriend bought a whole new bong for 14 bucks so i was like wow that is how much it or a whole new one remind you i never even walked out of the place so i asked the guy can i just return this stem and buy a whole new one he said no and i was like really and he points to the sign that says no returns he said sunny would not allow that so i endded up with a stem that i had to fabricate so it would work for my bong read more

FIRST! I'm pretty sure they fill bottles of their most popular "flavor" Kratom with their lesser selling flavors. Many times when I buy, the seal on the bottle looks opened or tampered with and the affects aren't as they should be for the particular type of Kratom I get which is Trainwreck. Final Straw - I've been a long time customer, purchasing the 300-500 capsule Kratom WEEKLY for the past 2 years. A few times, I wanted to ask about vaping products, but I had a sneaking suspicion that they would pick up on my lack of vaping knowledge and try to rip me off. I asked once and it was hard to break the communication barrier, meaning, it was difficult to understand them when I did ask a question and I knew they pointed me in the direction of their most expensive vaping product. I hate shop owners like this. But hey, not typically a big deal, but I knew I may want to research into the world of vaping therefore I'd know exactly what I wanted before attempting to purchase anything from them. I've done my research and decided I wanted to try a disposable unit. My research told me that disposables can cost anywhere between $5-$15 generally. So when I made my Kratom purchase today, I went to leave and turned back around asking if they had a disposable I could try in Mint flavor. He showed me his selection of 1 brand of disposables and so I asked how much. He said $20, I gave kinda a face like, "that's expensive" and then he said $15. I knew I was getting ripped off but I am a polite person and didn't want to hurt his feelings by answering no. So I said fine. I figured they were about $12 per unit and figured, how much more was $15? I went home, went online and sure enough, this particular brand sells for around $8 each. I was ripped off royally. I'm pretty pissed and this weekly customer of Sonnys Phat Smoke will now be the weekly customer of another local smoke shop. read more

These guys are smoking something strong in there because these prices are absolutely insane. A Gravlab water pipe online runs you about $60-$120... these people sell them for OVER $300!! I looked at a 7in rig, glass was from china for sure, very pour glass work and they tried charging $220!!! The cheapest water pipe they sell here is $109!!!
