No apology, just attitude. Meanwhile, an employee was spraying bleach all over the floor in the customer area. I'm allergic, and my dog had to walk through it, so I had to stand outside and couldn't even go in. After 45 minutes, with no customers inside and nothing going on, I asked if my order was ready and was told no. I canceled the order and left. Two seconds later, I got a text saying it was ready. At that point, it's pretty clear the issue isn't just slow service, it's a lack of attention and basic organization. This isn't the first time I've seen orders get missed while staff focuses on other things. For $20, this level of service and lack of awareness is unacceptable. I won't be back.
