Dulce de leche and pistachio baklava
    Florencia R.

This is hands down the best gelato I've had in all of Miami. Had the pistachio baklava and the dulce de leche with chocolate--both outstanding. Some reviewers complain about the price, but at $11 for 2 scoops, I don't think it was bad for the incredible quality of the product. I'd pay it again anytime. Highly recommend.

The food which is ice cream but we had the ice cream treats they were super delicious. The service by Juan Pablo was amazing great guy explained everything to the T. And the tables with lights and little games to play made the ambiance.

I really love this ice cream, not just for the flavor but for the experience. Enjoying your ice cream in the charming surroundings of Buena Vista, paired with a coffee from Finca's, is the perfect way to spend time alone or with loved ones. My ultimate favorite flavors are dulce de leche with chocolate chunks, coconut alfajor, and Ferrero Rocher. With such a wide variety, you'll definitely find a flavor you love. They also have a bunch of house-made toppings, but I never use them because the ice cream itself is perfect. The prices are a bit high--around $10 for two scoops--but as I said, it's more than just ice cream, it's the whole experience that makes it worth it.

YUMMY! Service - 5 Flavors - 5 Ambiance - 5 Service - 5 Price-to-quality ratio - 5 Peek a Treat ice creams in Upper Buena Vista is the coolest ice cream truck you'll come across. Their truck is beautifully decorated and just stands out on your way into Upper Buena Vista, drawing everyone in. The ice cream is nothing short of exceptional with a creamy texture and vibrant flavors. I'm a huge fan of the guava cream cheese flavor--it's absolutely my favorite, blending tangy and sweet perfectly in every scoop. The service is fantastic too. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, turning a quick stop into a real treat. Whether you're in the mood for a midday pick-me-up or a sweet indulgence on a warm day, Peek a Treat delivers every time. Every visit leaves me eagerly anticipating the next delicious experience. Absolutely unforgettable.

Peak a treat More than a treat it is a spoil you will give to your mouth So many delicious flavors to pick from that's the only problem with this pop shop Personal favorites: 1. Miami Mix Pavlova . 2. Baklava/ Pistachio with Caramel Pistachio3. Cheesecake Almond Guava, but to be honest I tried all of them and they are all superb . Don't miss the hazelnut Ferrero ! Yummy sweet treat perfect for a date night out! -- every order comes with a chocolate disk plopped on top and it adds an extra bite. Staff are sweet and accommodating, allowing you to sample flavors before committing.

    Vale ..

Juan Pablo was amazing and gave us the best service !! We ended up going with pavlova and dulce de leche ! The scoops were a good size and you could taste how fresh the ice cream was. Will be going back!

Phenomenal gelato. The kind you'd drive a long distance to and the location is great. Pistachio is top notch, no artificial colors

Exceptionally friendly ice cream food truck entrepreneur. Good selection of tasty vegan sorbets as well as regular ice cream. He also had some baked bites as captured in my photo (menu). Peek A Treat was also quite proud of their vegan and gluten free ice cream cone. I left with the passion fruit mango sorbet, which reminded me of a childhood drink of mine. My friend got a strawberry one. There were some uniquer and rotational flavors as well. The vendor seemed to be having a good flow of customers. It's a truck located sort of off center in the upper buena vista area. It's fine to show up whatever you're style is and you can find seating around the common area.

Delicious. Delightful! Flavorful. Creative! Perfect! My husband took me here after a dinner date. The ambience is perfect, the flavors are on point and it's so adorable.

The dulce de luche is to die for here. I was so full after the Turkish restaurant but the owner sold me with the ice cream sample. I got the dulce de leche alfajor dipped in chocolate & nuts. Not to mention theres dulce de leche stuffed inside the ice cream. It's perfect bc its not too sweet. I'm extremely stuffed but that was mf worth it.

The provoleta con chorizo is a must-order. The pulpo a la plancha is another standout: perfectly tender with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. The parking lot is non-existent, so you try to find parking on the street and not get towed, or you pay $10 for valet. We were a party of 4. We were sat immediately on a Thursday night at 7pm. It continued to get busier as the night went on. The ladies split a bottle of a white blend. It was delicious. The men each had a glass of Malbec. We ordered the Procuitto and burrata salad as an appetizer. It was huge. Perfect to split amongst the 4 of us. We also ordered the beef empanada to share. It was really good! They brought out some warm bread with butter and tomatoes. For dinner we all ordered the Vacio, except my daughter ordered the gnocchi with braised beef. We were enjoying everything so much that I didn't take pictures before we were almost finished eating. Everything was amazing! The steak was so tender! Cooked to perfection! Very tasty. We asked for some chimichurri and they brought us some small (2 tablespoons) cups of it. I had the roasted potatoes on the side. My husband had the fries. You could tell that the fries were handmade. For dessert we shared the panqueque with dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream. It was really good! The service was great. Plenty of people waiting on you, refilling your water, and checking on you. I look forward to returning again.

We tried quite a few items, and everything was fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. Each item has a clearly labeled ingredient list, which is especially helpful for anyone with dietary restrictions. Nothing was overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The owner, Susana, truly cares about the products she sells. She wants to make sure that what you're eating is not only healthier for you but also something you can enjoy without feeling guilty. She shared her personal story about her son's celiac disease with us, and you can tell that her passion comes through in her work and in the bakery every single day. It's apparent that she is a chef who cooks not only with talent but with her heart as well. Oreo Cookie: If you like Oreo cookies, you HAVE to try this! The only difference is that this is actually better than an Oreo. It's more delicious, not overly sweet, and the texture is absolutely amazing. Definitely one of my favorites! Key Lime Pie: So good! It has the perfect balance of sweet and tart, with a smooth, creamy filling and a delicious crust. It's refreshing and full of key lime flavor without being overpowering. Chocolate Chip Cookie: Exactly what you want in a chocolate chip cookie--soft, delicious, and loaded with chocolate. You can taste the quality in every bite. Brownie: Rich, fudgy, and incredibly chocolatey without being too sweet. The texture was perfect--decadent but not heavy. Chocolate Cake: Moist, rich, and absolutely delicious! The chocolate flavor really comes through, and once again, it's not overly sweet. A chocolate lover's dream. The mind-blowing part of this dessert is that the delightful frosting isn't buttercream... it's made with avocado! You would never guess it in a million years. The creaminess and chocolate flavor come through beautifully, making you feel like you're eating something indulgent when it's actually a healthier chocolate frosting. What's even more incredible is that you can have this made into a cake. Honestly, it's hard to pick a favorite because everything we tried was THAT good. Archetti's Bakery definitely knows how to make desserts that are indulgent without being overwhelmingly sweet. We will absolutely be back! Do yourself a favor: if you're gluten-free, you have to try this place. This is the best gluten-free bakery in Florida!

While I do appreciate that they say you can ask for the fee to be waived I feel that puts the customer in an extremely uncomfortable position to ask the server (whose healthcare cost you would be helping) to remove. Also, while I think it is nice for the employees and I do support everyone having access to affordable healthcare, we quite literally had three people at our dinner table who didn't have healthcare so the juxtaposition was really strange. I think that this should be an added question to the check on the tablet when you go to pay such as "would you like to add a X% charge to help our employees pay for healthcare" and should absolutely not be an automatic added fee to the check due to the discomfort it puts the customers in. Before I wrote this review I wanted to see if maybe I was alone in thinking this was strange so I texted about ten people and every individual agreed it was. Food wise, they have some great options on the menu! The peaches and burrata was the star of the show it was so delicious. The rodeo Za is definitely pretty fishy so if that isn't up your alley I wouldn't recommend. Also wouldn't recommend the lasagna. The watermelon matcha lemonade was so good!

The exhaust/ventilation system doesn't seem sufficient for how busy the space gets, so you end up leaving with your hair and clothes smelling like food.
