The front desk staff member I dealt with was unprofessional to the point that I won't be returning, solely because of her. Five minutes after my scheduled appointment time -- while I was still in the parking lot -- I received a call threatening to mark me down as a "no call, no show." I've been a loyal customer for years, including a past visit where I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time without complaint. I expect to be treated with basic respect as a paying customer, not spoken to that way. There are plenty of equally skilled nail techs in the area without this kind of front desk experience attached. It's genuinely disappointing that one employee's attitude is driving away customers with years of loyalty -- especially when the actual nail work is great.
