This morning on (5/13) Before 11:00 a.m. I decided to check out Starbucks. Especially, because it's close to where I live. I wanted to use the rest of my gift card. From a few years ago.. I also wanted to check out the Ube drink... It's ALL the rage now. My drink came with oat milk on the bottom. Expresso in the middle and Ube on top.. Along with some foam. I got to say I wasn't really loving it.. Until the really SWEET barista guy. Put two shots of simple syrup in my drink. Then, it was perfect. I also got a piece of cinnamon coffee cake. Which was to DIE FOR. And when it was time to check out. I had enough money left on my gift card. To pay for both the drink and the coffee cake. Which was TOTALLY AWESOME My bill came to $11 and change. I left cash for the tip. Along with more money. To the barista for going the extra mile for his customers. I so appreciate that. The past few times I was at this location. It was between 2021 and 2023. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience both times.. I wanted to try Starbucks for the last time. And I'm glad I did. EVERYTHING was PERFECT.. Between the really SWEET woman who waited on me at the counter. Along the barista.. I also decided to sit down and chill. Which I've never done before. So, I could enjoy my drink and the coffee cake. And take some really GREAT pictures of the store. For this AWESOME review.. Thank U so much for a LOVELY experience.. I will definitely be coming back. Kudos to ALL of the staff. Who makes their store work. Like, a well-oiled machine. read more

Tried a chocolate chocolate chip buntini cake, expecting it to be hard like a scone and a bit dry but boy was I WRONG!! It was moist and cake-y. There were plenty of mini chocolate chips in one bite and it was sweet and delicious! Wow! I never expected to like it so much! It's way better than a cupcake! I saw this was coming to 4th street and was curious to try so I signed up for their e-mail club. To my surprise I got a BO-GO bundlet coupon the next day. Pretty good deal because you can get 2 cakes for $4.75. I tried the Confetti because well I'm a sucker for my favorite childhood cup cake. I also tried the gluten free chocolate chip based on the associates recommendation. She said it didn't take gluten free at all, and she was surprisingly right. Both cakes were very moist and tasty. I couldn't even tell the chocolate chip was gluten free. It was def my favorite since it wasn't too too sugary sweet. The only thing I didn't like was the massive globs of icing. I know some people love icing, but it just wasn't for me. Overall my experience was super easy, super tasty, and I got a good deal too! I will be back for sure! read more

After speaking with someone by phone, I was told that if I picked up in store that icing would take approximately 20 minutes (as we weren't sure of the flavors we wanted). After arriving, ordering and paying, I was told 20-30 minutes. I returned 35 minutes later to be told by the young associate "another 20 minutes" due to defrosting the icing. I then expressed my frustration with an older staff member who gave a different reason about layering and then to be met with a passive aggressive comment of "if you're ok with your icing being smashed then you can take it now." Yes, I just paid $85 because I want a smashed cake. How rude and unprofessional. I have a schedule and drove 25 minutes to pick up this cake so that it would be fresh. What poor customer service and how very unprepared. read more

BEWARE if you care about your family's health! I recently purchased bundlets. We are a health conscious family and I need to know the ingredients that are in the food I feed my family. I assumed the ingredients would be listed on the packaging. They were not. I looked on the Nothing Bundt Cakes website and no ingredients are shared. This is when I saw the California Proposition 65 Food Warning about Nothing Bundt Cakes bundt cakes. The following appears on the Nothing Bundt Cakes website in small print at the bottom of one of their website pages: "California Proposition 65: Food Warning WARNING: Consuming this cake product can expose you to acrylamide, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food" I called the bakery manager for clarification on this "WARNING" and for an ingredients list. The manager could not tell me about acrylamide, the hazardous substance that someone who eats a bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes could be exposed to. She said I had to contact corporate for more information. I proceeded to request from her an ingredient list for the bundlets. When I asked the manager for the ingredients list, she told me they use a powdered mix that comes from corporate and she had no idea what was in it. She said the recipe is "proprietary" and corporate does not even tell her what's in it. She told me I needed to contact corporate about the ingredients list as well as the acrylamide warning contained in the California Proposition 65 Food Warning. She gave me the email address for corporate. I emailed corporate , I wrote them a letter, I left phone messages for several department heads. No one has responded. WHY DOES Nothing Bundt Cakes REFUSE TO RESPOND? WHY IS THERE NO TRANSPARENCY in the ingredients they use in their bundt cakes? My personal conclusion is I will never feed this product to my family. For me, the health risks of the potential exposure to acrylamide are too great and the fact I have NO IDEA what else could be in the powdered cake mix part of each bundt cake (and no one from corporate is telling me), makes me suspect that that there are ingredients in the bundt cakes that corporate doesn't want me to know about. I hope this review helps others discern with a bit more clarity if this is a product they feel safe putting into their bodies and the bodies of those they care about. read more

This Nothing Bundt Cakes location has a policy that they refuse to let customers choose their bundtinis 30 mins prior to close. This is a special policy that this store has made up that goes against the Nothing Bundt Cake website. As a person of color, I felt like the manager personally did not want to serve me today. I ordered 4 bundlets, and bundtinis and the manager Jerrie K put back my 4 bundlets and walked away after I paid. As I stood there confused where the other half of my order was, I was told that she put it back. Terrible customer service and I felt uncomfortable as I trying to buy things from this location. Also, I walked in 25 mins prior to close, so there was plenty of time to serve me. I like Nothing Bundt cakes but there are other locations to choose from. Also, I called to verify that this "policy" is specific to this store. In my opinion, it is a subtle racism. read more

These are my new addiction! It's not easy to find well baked cake(s). I have tried just about every flavor available. All have been baked very well, fresh, moist and deliciously consistent. The flavors are rich and decadent, the frosting smooth and buttery, the packaging is super cute and the prices are very reasonable. Everyone I've shared these with has absolutely loved them and the response I usually get is YUMMY!!
