I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm honestly surprised the owner isn't more concerned about the staff's lack of professionalism. We were told our phone was fully repaired, only to start experiencing serious issues shortly after--overheating and constant need for restarts. We had to return multiple times, but the technician was never able to fix the problem properly. Instead, we were told we would need to spend more money on a different screen. Customer service was extremely disappointing. The manager, Sean, acknowledged that they failed to repair the phone correctly but only offered a partial refund (about one-third of what we paid), which is unacceptable given the circumstances. Their so-called "30-day warranty" is also misleading. The warranty period starts from the initial repair date and does not reset, even if you have to bring the phone back multiple times due to their failure to fix it correctly. As a result, time runs out while they attempt (and fail) to resolve the issue. Overall, this was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. While I waited, there was Netfilx and chips available. It was a nice surprise to have something to do while I waited. I actually went to a different location first. That location (on Chambers Rd) appears to be by appointment only so it was closed when I stopped by. However, I called the owner, who directed me to this location. Had an amazing experience. My phone broke early on the morning around 7a.m 12/29/2025 as soon as the store open around 10:30 a.m i rushed over to he greeted by a young man. The owner of this store was sooooo courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he even stayed late to wait for us when we came to pick them up.
