He replaced the screen in about 10 but he wasn't satisfied with the touch response and changed the screen again. My total wait time was about 25 minutes but the results were well worth it. My phone was super cracked for months, didn't want to go through the troubles of looking for a place to fix it. Long story short, finally did it. So glad I called around and found this place! They were straightforward, quoted the most affordable pricing for OEM screen replacement (not aftermarket), and very efficient. It was done within 20 minutes and even included a free matte tempered glass screen protector. Heads up though, the matte screen protector makes the screen look really nice and smooth, but does dim the screen a tad bit. So keep that in mind. Great customer service! I was in contact with them for a few days receiving a quote for an iPhone XS screen repair. I went in a few days later to get the screen fixed and it turned out that it was not an iPhone XS it was actually a iPhone X. He (Omar I believe his name was) let me know that it was not an iPhone XS and was an iPhone X. However I needed the phone fixed that same day and he unfortunately did not have the part for the iPhone X screen. Long story short, Omar was great and called me later that day to come in because he was able to get the part from an outside source. Awesome service! I dropped my work iPad Air after an early morning appointment and I thought my day would be done. I immediately went to my trusted Yelp app for help! I saw Smart Cell Repair and called them. I spoke to Omar and he told me that he had the glass and quoted me a price. I have never broken a glass on any of my apple products and was not sure what to expect. I was wondering how the device would work after the glass has been replaced.
