Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. I can't speak for others , but they have usually been good to me. I recommend them. Thank you 360 orthodontist! I appreciate that you fixed me right up :)

After over three years, my bite and teeth were still wrong. I asked the orthodontist how much longer and she would say "3 more months" then "5 more", she was not being honest. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

Please reconsider getting braces/permanent retainers here. I recently came in for a visit to get my…read morepermanent retainers checked since it wasn't sturdy after 5 years of having them. Getting an appointment was fine but they do not care for you in the long term. Dr. Gonzalez took off my retainers and told me my only option was to get braces again. I would've been happy to get it glued or let it be like that to keep my shape. I felt like they were trying to get money out of my minor visit which was ridiculous. I even asked if my teeth would be in the same shape after getting my retainer removed, just cause of how long I had them for. He said that they would stay in shape but the fact that he lied was what lost me as a customer. I have so much anxiety sleeping every night now just because how much my teeth shifts at the bottom. Mind you, the defect in the retainer was from the lack of glue placement of Dr. Gonzalez. His work is great but he does not take accountability in long term errors. Adding on to that, the visit costed 20$! For a 5 minute removal. I came in thinking that I would receive help or some sort of reassurance but was in shock of how I got charged. The office billed and collected payment from both insurance and the patient for the same period of orthodontic services, resulting in a confirmed duplicate payment. This has been verified by the insurance provider. When a refund was requested, the office stated it would only be issued at the end of treatment and only if an overpayment remains. This position ignores the fact that this is a confirmed duplicate payment, not a projected overpayment. Under California law, including Business and Professions Code §732, duplicate payments must be refunded within a specified timeframe upon request. Despite this, the office has refused to issue a timely refund. There are also ongoing concerns with communication and coordination within the office, particularly between orthodontic and general dental services.
