Can't say enough. I bought 3 new doors and two expensive locks. I gave a key to a handy man that wasn't so handy. Bill came to the door very professional. It took him about 15 extra minutes just to get my big door knob off because it was put on so poorly. He rekeyed all 3 matching with 4 keys at no additional cost. When he put my knobs on he repaired both that the handy man had messed up. He had to sand a couple places for a better fit and left me 100% better off. The knobs are beautiful and to have them not working from the handy man was disappointing. I was thrilled when he left. With all the added time and effort his initial bid did not change. I cannot say enough kind and generous words about Bill, during this difficult time of Covid-19 when anything goes, Bill is an honest business man with character serving his community at normal rates going above and beyond when needed. I was on my second floor bedroom balcony, I had a landline phone, a cellphone, an iPad, and a house key, as I go to re-enter the house, the door wouldn't open. I panic, try the key and realize the lock isn't locked. I called a friend with a key to come over, neither of us could get the door open from either side. I called SMART HOME LOCKSMITH, Bill answered on the first ring, I explained my extreme predicament, (I had been out there for over 3 hours) he said he was leaving immediately. Bill drilled the lock out, got me off the balcony, and repaired the lock all for the price of a normal house call. (which is extremely competitive). He told me the problem is locks get very dry here and need to be lubricated yearly with silicone. He then sprayed my front door lock on the way-out. I asked him how much he would charge to put a keypad on my garage door, he said just the price of a service call if I order the keypad.
