I exchanged the lampshade 2 times and both times the owners Alex and his wife Agnes were utterly professional, understanding and apologetic, explaining that the damage sometimes occurs in shipping. Prior to purchasing the lampshades, they encouraged me to bring in the lamps to decide the proper size and were so kind, helpful and patient in assisting me with the perfect lampshade. I have been coming here since then for all of my lighting needs and recently had 2 lamps repaired. Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough and recommended changing the outdated and unsafe electrical cord on 1 of the lamps. He repaired both lamps quickly and charged fairly. They do landscaping for people who own gardens (does not apply to me) and all the work the employees put in to those plants to make their customers happy and satisfied is a huge recognition. A friend of mine had given me an indoor plant for my birthday last year and lasted me for a whole entire year and 3 months. It took the last breath and I went to them asking for help. It was a bit late. I am more of a flower girl than owning plants. I have had plants in my younger years. I ended up buying 2 new outdoor plants to put outside of my window/door. It looks very pretty.
