"Lost" was what I was told after 2 months of no communication. This was sent via USPS. So I resubmitted via email and received electronic verification of receipt. Three weeks go by and no communication so I call for a status check. DENIED. I asked when I was notified of this as the determination was made a week ago. "You should get something in the mail." Uh Huh! I asked for the denial reason. Submitted receipt did not have some "code" that they needed. I asked why they didn't call the provider direct to verify that code. "Not our policy." Their policy is to Deny, Deny, Deny and not pay. Find another insurer, this one does not serve you.
