This is a predatory company that overcharges and has hidden fees upon completion of service. Individual vendors are generally decent but at the corporate level they are a bunch of thieves. My terms of service were completed over 8 months ago and I still receive threatening emails several times per day even though I have them in recordings admitting my service has been finished months ago. My battery now dies . Battery is only a year old and had no problems up to this. I needed a camera but smart start didnt tell the technician. Device doesn't shut off at times which explains my now dead battery. Customer service won't answer the phone. If they do, it redirects me to someone else who doesn't answer. read more

This location has good customer service. The workers knows what they're are doing. I've went to other smart start locations around the valley and the people didn't know how to reset a lockout at all. I've never been charged for a lockout being here and they're always helpful with questions I've asked. read more

These guys were great. Told me about discounts, helped me with the DMV and was there every step of the way during this tough journey. Was able to install on my motorcycle and truck. Hope you don't ever need them, but if you do, this is the place to go. read more

If I could give this company a zero star, I would give it even less than that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Let me say this again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will leave you stranded when their horrible equipment malfunctions. I didn't use the word "if" it does, because it is "when" it does. I have been trying to get this piece of junk machine off my car for 3 days now, but they keep transferring me to other people then somehow the call always gets dropped. I am about ready to yank this machine out myself and burn it. The WORST company ever! you pay them for everything including $100 a month just so they can make your life a living hell! This company charged us a full monthly charge when we had the device installed on the 30th day and the customer service was really pathetic. They transfer you from one person to another and refuse to address any issues. They have their customers over a barrel and are not helpful at all. If you can use any other company for an interlick device, do so. read more

This is the worst company you could possibly get. They will scam you if they have a glitch in their system and it causes you to get a violation. They will not give you your money back. They will send a link and you have to fill out a report to get your money back at the link times out or if the link has any issues randomly your report will not go through and they will not respect the report and you will not get your money back. They will also put a 04 violation day on your car every other week even if you don't have a balance, so be prepared to spend money that you don't have every week and they won't work with you also, they have a claims department or a creditor and also their own company so there's two parties and they don't work with each other. This is the worst company you could possibly go with. Do not come here I repeat do not sign up for Smart Start. I know they suggested in the probation offices. Do not do not do not do not do not do not sign up with Smart Start or you will get scammed. This is not the only story like this. They are not gonna change. They need to be sued. they are scamming. I hate this company with all of my heart. I fucking hate this company. This company is the worst company ever the worst customer service. It takes you three hours to get on the phone and they don't solve your issue. They will act like they just wanna get you off the phone 2 to 3 hours for no reason I can't believe this company exist and is promoted by probation officers, it's like the probation officers are scamming as well. I don't understand how this is legal, but they are taking money from me every week. I should not have to pay 450 the next week pick 250 and then get a glitch in the system, I have to pay for for 150 and then I have to file the appeal and it gets denied and then I had to come back four days later for a violation. What are you guys doing?
