This used to be a great location but since they "remodeled" they only "updated" the dryers. To dry you have to pay .40 cents for 7 minutes. The dryers does not get hot, so you have to constantly restart it with an additional .40 cents. It took me $2.00 to dry one load of clothes. I had a total of 4 loads. A total of $8.00 just to dry my clothes. RIDICULOUS!!! Save your time, money and frustrations and go somewhere else. Totally not worth it! read more

So I made the mistake of not reading the only review that told the truth. This place is prejudice against anyone that does NOT speak Spanish and the man that works there has the biggest attitude and was trying to kick me out at 9 p.m. then someone kept turning my dryer on low heat. My clothes did not get clean, I had to wash them twice and when I took them out the dryer they smelled like piss. This place is deceiving. I will NEVER go back here again. Horrible service . Been here since 9. The dryers take forever to dry and the washers smelled horrible. Not only that , the place closes at 12 (clearly says on the door) and the last wash is at 11. I was dryer my last pair of clothes and he started pressuring me telling me that they close at 11. When I told him that I'm not taking out my clothes wet and leaving when i clearly payed for my clothes to get dried correctly, not half way. Horrible service. Horrible everything. I normally wash here every week but for the past 2 weeks this place has changed drastically. Normally it's very clean and the workers are attentive to your needs and maintenance of the place. Last week it wasn't as clean. Today, the place was horrible. All of the garbage cans were over flowing. As soon as you walk in there was a dirty/muggy smell. The floors were disgustingly dirty with trash, food and lint all over the floor. There was feces on the floor by the washers and inside the empty washers were bags of McDonald's trash and a soiled diaper WITH FECES.... The worker was just folding clothes by the back without caring about how the place looked. Never going back there again!!! read more

At the door it says the last wash is at 11pm and they close at 12 am. They're worker looks like a teenager and was telling us we couldn't dry our clothes. We were there since 10pm. He was trying lock up at 11:20 and he was giving us attitude. This is so unofficial and so rude. While he was blocking my mother and giving her attitude we could have dried our clothes and left. We told him what the door says, and started lying and saying it closes at 11 not 12. Just because he wanted to go home doesn't mean we don't want to be home, he can't be kicking out customers like this read more

Usually good work with drop off. This time a load of shirts and few jackets. We called and they then contacted the person that did the laundry that day. In turn, the person that got our clothes brought them back. We however have items in there that aren't ours. We still are missing one jacket. They need a better method for training new people. We were told this was a new employee error. We can overlook the crazy folding if we get back everything we put in. I have 0 problems if doing all the laundry myself. Things are clean and there's a store right next door in case you run out of something and don't want to purchase from the laundromat. Place is kept very clean as well as the machines and dryers. Hoping for a good resolution since this is unusual but we're already scouting out new options. read more

took my clothes in for wash and fold on a saturday, picked them up monday,they were folded very neatly,only problem was, they were not washed!!! they were dirty and stunk,i took them back,the employee offered to call the manager,or for me to use the machine,idk,i just left,it also seems like they put incense powder or carpet cleaner on them,i never had a problem before,i have no idea why someone would do that,going to have to find a new place for wash and fold, not even sure if all my clothes were returned. read more

What an awful experience this place provided. You would think because of the newer machines and the no change access the place would be a bit more upscale than your average laundry facility but its far from that. I went in to wash my clothes, spent $30 on all 6 loads. When I opened my washers, all of my clothes were still dirty and 2 loads smelled like hell because of the washing machines odor that apparently someone failed to clean. When I asked for assistance I got plenty attitude and the attending personnel had to call her boss to get approval to not give me my money back so I can go elsewhere because I was pissed, but to have me rewash my clothes. First problem I didn't have anymore washing soap and she started that machines without offering me more soap but allowing me to pay $8 for a Small bottle that only supplies two loads, two small loads. I had to go next door and purchase more soap and by the time I came back the washers had run its course for washing mode again. She threatened to call the police because I asked her to stop the washers there was no soap in them keep in mind that is something she already knew just failed to pay attention or listen to me maybe it's because I didn't speak Spanish or she wanted to be funny. So again I had to wash my clothes for the third time on superwash mode after using 2 bottles of mid sized detergent, one of the small $8 bottles, what was left of the bigger bottle and a full bottle of fabric softener to get the clothes clean and still had to pay for the third washes and the dryers because they were not free. To add insult to injury, she embarrassed me and talked about me to all of her friends in the laundry facility as if it was my fault for their nasty up keep. Maybe they would clean their machines moving forward on the inside as well as the outside. Never again!! read more
