When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.

My two-star-rating isn't a reflection of the higher prices though; it is a reflection of the terrible experience I just had with All Cleaners tailoring. I brought a bridesmaid dress in on Tuesday morning and asked if it would be possible to have it hemmed and steamed by Friday because the wedding was Saturday. The owner said not a problem and took the dress. My ticket pick up time said Friday 4:00 pm. I arrived around 4:30 on Friday, and with a very nonchalant tone, the owner told me the dress wasn't there or ready because the tailor had forgot, and I could pick it up Saturday after 12:00. In a panic I explained that I needed to be at the bride's house at 7:00am for the wedding, so noon wouldn't work, and she then suggested I get the dress at 7:00am the next morning. Clearly that wasn't an option, and I was growing pretty angry, but remained calm and explained there was no way I could do anything other than take the dress home that Friday night. She made a call to the tailor and then told me she'd call me when it was ready; I would get it that night. Right around their closing time, without a call, I started panicking and called them to check on the dress' status, and the person on the other line told me I could come pick up the dress because it's "been ready." Needless to say I was upset, but said nothing when I got there and just paid for the dress and left. The dress was still way too long on Saturday, even though they pinned the hemline that week with my dress shoes on. The owner apologized when everything was said and done, but I will never do business there again.

They said they tried to call, and maybe they did and it went to spam, but yet they still cleaned it and charged me. One would think that you should not clean it until I could be reached. Either they are responsible for the spots, or they should have waited to see me before cleaning it! From my experience with other cleaners, if they have a question about an item, they don't clean it until we talk. The coat looks fine, but still a very big waste of $45. Never again will I go, or recommend.
