I haven't written a review in ages, but today I feel compelled. I want to change service from my current phone to another existing phone, and tried to accomplish this by calling Sprint, then online. Denied. I HATE going to a Sprint store and having a commission-driven salesperson try to harrass me into a new purchase, or treat me with indifference once they find out I'm not buying. Then I rememembered Infiniti, and how much it doesn't suck. These guys are the best. Super-efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and bullshit free. I'm not sure how they manage this, and even retain a sense of humor, as I've witnessed a few of the more abrasive personalities they deal with. I'm lucky the store is nearby, but I'm pretty sure I'd make the trip even if I lived elsewhere, since the idea of going to a Sprint store makes my teeth itch. read more

My iPhone 6plus shattered at 11:30 am at work (in Manhattan), by 4:20 pm the same day my phone was fixed! I called Smartbulance to request an appointment, they came to my work in their funny little fake ambulance and they took care of my phone in 20 minutes or less. The service was quick, the technician was friendly and my phone looks brand new! Not to mention, they offered me a $10 screen protector with the repair. I had the bad luck to come across this VAN parked in Park Ave. last week on my holidays at NYC. This is my first review ever and created an account just to tell my experience. My charging port on my iPhone 6s wasn't working. They told they could fix it for $65. I left my phone and come back later. When i came back the phone was "ready", i but i noticed that i had no service. First reaction of the technician was to say that for sure was an issue with Tmobile. Second he told me i should walk around and find some signal and third he told me that the phone was with no service when i left it over. I asked him to replace the old piece back to check. With a bad ass attitude he took my phone back and replaced to see that i was right.... After a while of opening and closing, my phone was finally working. I went home and on the next morning it wasn't working again. I had to walk once again 15 blocks to the van. He told me he would like to change the part with a new one but he didnt have it in stock so i would have to come back later. Walked 15 blocks back. Came later that day and changed for a new part. Didn't work again. Always with a bad ass attitude.... Finally i decided to put back the old part. Lucky me i kept it my self. So i had to go back home and made an appointment for the other day 10.30 am. When i got there the van still didn't arrived. 15 min later some new guy came. He told me i should wait for an hour for he was busy.... !!!! I told him i had been coming 4 days in a row and that my family was waiting... didn't care..... So after lots of walking, charging port still not working and a waste of time with these guys... And above all dealing with their attitude... The best part, once i got home i went to ubreakifix. Super hassle-free and convenient. Literally took 8 minutes. Only hang up is when the guy asked for my pin to test that the screen was working. I understand why he needed it, but it made me uncomfortable since I wasn't standing over his shoulder watching him. With everyone's information all over their phones these days (banking apps, etc.) and hacking becoming more prevalent, I'd recommend having the customer test that the screen works themselves.
