They told us they'd have our pool installed in five to 7 weeks weather permitting. They came out, dug the hole and didn't come back for 3 months. There was no rain during this period last year. The father and son do not communicate with each other.Because they do not get along, the father will come out.And tell you everything you want to hear, and you can tell him everything you want.But that will not be communicated to the sun.That does the install. We asked for a salt water system.They installed chlorine and told us it wasn't in the contract. They also tried to pull a fast one with the removal of all the rock and dirt. The contract says three hundred dollars a load. Their own guys told us they would be out there with a dump truck to do this, and it would take about four loads. Instead, he sends out a guy with this smallest dump trailer possible, which would have taken twenty two loads. If they know you have money, they will scam, you in any possible way to get more out of you. Again, their work looks pretty when they're done. But if you don't watch everything they do, they will get you. Also, they did a horrible job on our liner. It has fallen off twice. And they put an ugly seam right where you can see it in the middle of our tanning ledge.

Misrepresentation during sales, "don't worry about rocks, we shouldn't hit a rock larger than your house." So I ended up with a patio with a rock (24x6) in the middle of the patio. The steps didn't last a year before they loosened. Response was go get you some gorilla glue and fix it yourself. I recommend seeking another contractor that delivers the quality product they promise. And get the rock clause modified in writing! Do not trust verbal promises.
