I worked for this company for six months we advertise 38$ a month car insurance which is a lie , all of our life insurance customers are calling about a stimulus check or ent card an didn't want a life insurance quote , majority of our customers are saying they filled they information out on experian , or if they wanted someone calling they wouldn't have did it on line , or our online website is misleading people an won't give them a quote , farmers insurance stop insuring Florida I asked our manager she said don't worry about it transfer the customer anyway , we lie to customers an tell them Allstate they best match an clearly we never run they information through anything , half the agents we transfer too are angry an if you read the bbb you will see why because there getting scammed , the customers feel like it's a scam , they employed are getting scammed I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody but the FBI this is a Ponzi scheme of the worse , they lie to employees agents an customers they really need to do an consumer report about these guys read more

I've known about smart financial for a few years now. at first, I never signed up because a few ppl told me they "heard" bad things about smart financial. However, I decided to give them a chance. after signing up I was assigned an account manager named Nicole Tort. I've dealt with multiple lead vendors but this is the first Vendor to assign a personal account manger! She reached out to me and discussed my expectations and used that information to customize a profile to my needs. My closing ratio is higher than any other vendor I've used in the past. I was able to get my entire agency signed up with Smart Financial and I made sure to have Nicole as their account manager. She is a great representation of the company and I have nothing but good things to say about Smart Financial! They operate in ways other lead providers don't, and one way they set themselves apart is the weekly phone call I receive from my account manager, Oscar Chestnut. My phone call with Oscar is always productive and appreciated. I don't always have time to evaluate each lead that we receive, and my call with Oscar is always so crucial/helpful because he pays attention to my account and is able to make up for the lack of attention I'm able to give to each of my lead profiles. We've been using Smart Financial for our leads for over a year now. Our account managers are on top of everything and automate our systems for us. They also make recommendation based on current trends and sales objectives. We are able to convert at least 1/5 live transfer leads, and have seen a huge increase in connectivity. I've had to cancel our account a couple of times (due to our own needs) and have always restarted with them a month or two later, all our filters were saved. Any changes I need to make, or if I forget to turn off our calls/leads, one email/text to my account manager and he's able to manage it all for me. Seriously, there have been times where my only successes were coming from SF. Will definitely be working with them more in the future. read more

I've had great support and responsiveness working with William Zuniga. He's incredibly attentive and extremely proactive. When we miss things, he catches them. His availability to help me even when we don't have scheduled meetings every two weeks is greatly appreciated. It's a nice feeling to know I can pretty much reach him at any time and if I don't, I know I will be receiving a call back within the hour. Our sales with SMF have also increased since working with him and I credit that to his concern and attentiveness to our account. She has taken the time to explain, call to make sure everything is going good, but mostley they answer the phone and return calls when you call. I have worked with many other lead generators and this one is the one to go too. I rarely get any leads that say they didn't request, or anyone that is not shopping. Worst life lead company I have ever been associated with in the past 20 years. All I see are 1 Star ratings and should be a 0. I had 21 leads and only spoke to one legitimate customer. I submitted 2 recently for credit with 1 being a business and the customer didn't work there and another the number was disconnected. Both were declined! This company is a total scam and I can guarantee I'm not through with exacting my retribution for a company that lies from the very start to swindle hard working agents. Unsolicited telephone call. I politely asked if they could remove me from their solicitation list and I was hung up on. I called back to the same number and a different gentleman answer the phone. I asked him if he could remove me from the list and he claimed that he did just then but I doubt it. First person is just a bottom feeder ashamed to be called out by homeowner even though I wasn't going to call him out. Pitiful bottom feeding company and I hope you go bankrupt.
