I called Kenosha to confirm that I'd be in on Sunday when they opened. Everything went great from there! Juan, the tech on duty, listened while I explained the problem (cracked screen). Would never recommend coming here for PC repairs. They wanted to charge me $30 a month for a subscription to clean my PC on top of the charge fees to even clean it with a week turn around. Would never recommend you ever bring your PC here, maybe their phone repair policy is better but theres so many more local places that offer way better prices. I brought my Nano ipod in to have the battery replaced and was scammed...My Ipod had a docking port for my radio...when I went to dock the Ipod they gave me back after paying $105 I realized they had pulled a switch on me...probably thinking I was old and wouldn't notice...the Ipod they continue to say is the one I brought in has NO DOCKING PORT...they basically tried to convince ME that it was the Ipod I brought in...like I was making the whole thing up...I'm filling a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Protection and I'm filling a theft report with the city of Kenosha and taking these thieves to court!!! I went from having a cosmetic problem (cracked screen that has been cracked for probably around 2 years no other issues) to having a broken microphone and people not being able to hear me when we are on the phone. Took an old CD player in. Asked if they thought they could fix it. Said they would take a look and let me know. One week later I called to see what was going on. Girl told me they couldn't get it open to look inside.(8 screws) She then proceeded to tell me that they could do more if I purchased a service contract for $25 a month. I asked when they were going to call me to come and pick it up. She never answered that question but continued to explain the service contract she apparently thought I needed. Verizon scheduled an at home appointment for an iPhone battery exchange under warranty. The technician came and worked on the phone for two hours. When done he met my husband in the garage and handed the phone to him while it was being turned back on. He said he replaced the battery and "changed the charging port too" Although that was not in the work order and the device charged perfectly before. The technician did not wait to show my husband anything he took off fast in my opinion he knew he broke my phone and he took off... The phone was dead once it turns on my husband brought it to me I ask why is it dead lol didn't they fix the battery I plug it in and the home button did not work We tried everything cannot get it to work. We called them and said our home button is now broken? Al that was wrong is the phone didn't hold a long charge battery was old now it's broken! They. Told us they could not send a technician back and that we had to call Verizon's one 800 number and go to the system all over again because they can't fix what they broke !! Well I told them I was coming online to write a review- based on their ratings I can see why they don't care. What a horrible place, with horrible service. I wish yelp allowed video so you could see the tech lie to my face that the IMEI didn't match the claim. Im sure the fault is really Assurian's (and four calls later yes, in fact it was) but because he provided me with incorrect information sent me on a wild goose chase. To top it off when we thought we had the issue fixed, this store allowed me to WAIT TWO HOURS WHILE I THOUGHT THEY WERE FIXING MY PHONE. Low and behold when I got back they had done nothing. When I asked why they didn't text me (I have a cellular watch) the girl said they did. I checked my phone- no they didn't. Then their manager (I guess) came up front to let me know its not their problem. I get it- you don't care. But at least your tech didn't have to lie the first time and you guys could have texted or called me instead of letting me wait. I got can and did get both on my watch while I sat outside and waited.
