There are multiple levels of security and the elevator is huge and fast. The owner, who is there all week, is super nice and helpful. You can tell he really takes pride in his business and maintains the utmost in customer service. There are ample dollies and carts, all in great condition. The temperature was perfect and both the unit and the halls were pristine. Before you go spend the same amount of money on a terrible unit nearby, come check this place out!!!

I mean, besides not moving all that heavy stuff again, but my monthly contact with Nieashia, who happily answered all my questions and went above & beyond helping me, really helped the decision to stay there. Once I called regarding some mouse droppings I found in the unit (which Google says is quite common and unavailable) and I was really upset, and she told me how they would do everything they could to help and what I could do to improve the situation. She handled it wonderfully. Every time I called, Nieashia was friendly and awesome. So, a huge thanks for Nieashia! And I really appreciated Michelle T's friendly monthly calls to remind me to make a payment to avoid late fees. Michelle once helped us financially in a huge way.
