Two years later, and all the money I piad out (almost $2000) is money that I threw out, since 80% of my stuff had to be tossed due to extreme mold. They were excellent all around, from Amy, the moving coordinator, to Josh, Joe and Neil the three gentlemen that performed my move. Communication from Amy was clear, prompt and friendly. The movers arrived right on time for an 8 am start. They knew their stuff. In addition to moving a couch, desk, and chair among other items, they moved my 55" flat screen tv and my Queen-sized sleep number bed with no problems. They do charge an up charge to pack the tv into a specific moving box for flat screens, which I thought was fair and much better than them simply trying to wrap it. They worked quickly and were done loading in 90 minutes. They were also familiar with my new building and knew where to park to unload and quickly got me set up and everything was completed by 1 pm. Moving is stressful, and the movers saw me when I was not at my best, and their friendliness, good humor, and competence really helped me get through the day. I thought the pricing was competitive for a professional service. I did call other companies to compare, and one of them wanted to charge 3x the price to move the flat screen tv, and didn't want any responsibility for the sleep number bed!! Just silly. The facility is conveniently located off Starr Road and Newark Road in Landenberg, just shy of Gap-Newport Pike (Route 41) and across the street from the New Garden Township HQ and park. My last storage unit was very dark and the lighting system was awful. At DE Storage New Garden, the hallways inside are bright and well-lit at all times. I don't have to worry about using a flashlight inside my unit to see where I am. Instead, there is general light provided by the facility that helps me be more efficient with my time while feeling super safe. Also, the management team is incredibly kind and understanding. They truly care. This is by far a FIVE STAR business in the heart of Southern Chester County. Highly recommend!

It's made of Balso wood at Best but its fiber wood is what it is. It's not even solid wood. for 800 and some dollars for a twin bed plus another 200 and some dollars for a warranty. This is ridiculous. These are the worst people I've ever dealt with in my life and apparently I should have done my research because they get an F here and they've got so many bad reviews all the Ashley's do it's just terrible.
