She gently pushes me to try new colors and styles (even super-short bangs, which ended up looking amazing). She knows how to work with someone's unique skin tone and face shape. I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my hair! I've never had an appointment with Teri herself, but I can tell that she is a great listener and a truly talented hairstylist. Overall, the atmosphere is fun and laid back while still professional. They also use Eufora products, which are incredible. Everyone is super friendly and helpful without pushing you to buy anything. I recommend Teri's every chance I get.

Both my stylists were so kind in explaining what the options were to achieve the results I wanted (natural looking lightening) and my hair has never looked better! They took the time to curl and style afterwards and are such friendly people. I also scheduled a facial and eyebrow wax with Lauren- amazing!!! My boyfriend has never noticed my eyebrows before but even he noticed how fabulous they looked! I have very sensitive skin and tend to burn in that area. Extremely risky when someone has curly hair since curls // waves have a mind of their own and cutting hair whilst wet // straight won't translate when it's dry and curly. That's exactly what happened here. My hair stylist didn't ask me anything about my hair or lifestyle. My hair is wavy // curly, I always wear it natural, and I love the length and rarely get it cut. She asked no questions and was completely uninformed while cutting my hair. She even thinned out the sections by my face. So image that when it's curly!!! I told her I was unsure about that and she did it anyway and then was like "see? Just like that". WHAT? SEE? You can't take it back??? I feel like my hair is completely destroyed.
