A little disappointed is an understatement. I neglected 6 red flags. I reached out to the salon with my concern. Although they stated they could get me another consultation with a different stylist, I declined because Becca was already a level 6. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. At a level 6 stylist, you would believe that Becca would have said she could not achieve the results requested.

She was attentive to what my body was telling her as she was giving me a massage & foot massage. I only put 4 stars because I wish the foot massage provided more of a deep relaxing experience but because it was an add on, that tells me you're not gonna get the whole 9 for your feet. I responded to an ad on FB for a $20 new client cut special. I could find the store in the shopping…read morecenter so exactly 10 minutes of being late, my appointment was cancelled. I called right away and was told I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for 3:50 the same day. I arrived at 3:40. I wasn't seated until 4:20. I was asked if I wanted my hair washed before or after the cut. I said after. I never got it washed and wasn't offered again. Tatum cut my hair and did a good job. She blew dry my hair after the cut. My daughter in law was scheduled after me, which should have been 4:20 but I wasn't seated until 4:20. So she didn't get seated until 5:00. So now it's time to pay and leave. Should have been $40 for both of us. My bill was $67.00 - $20 for daughter in law and $47 for me. Why? Because she blew my hair dry. Are you kidding me? $27 to blow dry hair? Never got out of there until 5:30 and overpaid by $27.00. BTW, while getting my hair cut, another customer called in and said she was running 10 minutes late and was told that was ok. I will never go back again.
