Dont ever come here so this lady she said you can wait for 1 hour and then she said the girl canceled the appointment so i could do you right now and i said i want a 2 on top 2 on the side and then she was like okay i told her how will it look like she didnt say sh** she litteraly got her blade and ran it up and down my forehead she started from the front and then i said can you do you a line up cause it looks bad she said thats more of a barber i saw the tool right there for it she was getting smart with me and stuff DONT EVER COME HERE. dear friend there are other places if your a man go to a real barber. So I am not a fancy haircut kind of person, but I appreciate a good haircut and being able to go somewhere and tell someone what I want and have them get it right. Its why we pay professionals. So anyway, the girl I go to at the salon I normally go to moved to a west shore location. And with my schedule, I didn't want to run out there. So I looked for a last minute cut with that salon for "any employee". None. I looked at another location that I've been to before. None. I then saw that this particular Supercuts allowed you to put yourself on the list for whatever time you preferred. I put my daughter down too because she needed it. We showed up right on time and they were ready for both of us. They took our temperature and we sanitized and one girl took me and the other too my daughter. They were both very friendly and attentive and did exactly what we wanted in a very quick amount of time. They offered to wash our hair but we just chose to get a quick dry cut and it worked out just wonderfully. We were in and out of there in like 20 minutes feeling light and beautiful again. Don't underestimate a place like Supercuts. If you have the right staff you can get a solid cut at a fraction of normal salon prices. Just had my hair done year as a back up option to a salon I found on Groupon (euphoria, don't go). Supercuts still took me near closing time, and even gave me a blowout even though it would take extra time. My stylist was super nice and we had a pleasant conversation. She listened to me and gave me a great haircut! She listened to all my hair concerns so it was sort of a consultation plus hair cut all in one- overall great, quick experience and I am very happy with the results. Worst supercuts I have been too. Doesnt feel like the same cgain as Hummelstown or Colonial Park. I have a special needs son(3 yr old) who does not like haircuts.i told this to the hairstylist ahead of time (Trisha). She was so upset because my sone was moving his head like he is expected to sit still. Its a 3 yr old. And he has got haircuts before. Anyways she was extremely rude and said she cant cut his hair like this. K owing my son is autistic, i said ok, i will get it done for my other son who isnt hard. She responded and asked me to wait because there are other people waiting. I said i called ahead and thats why i was there ut she refused because my kid was taking long. I said ok you are bieng extremely rude amd if you cant handle kids i will go somewhere else. She said thats fine. So if you have kids, please support and do not go there. It is because of people like this that autistic children and their parents go through the social stress that they do. read more
