I was a walk in and I had the misfortune of getting my hair cur by Amber (red head). I asked for a trim and my hair flat ironed. She washed my hair (she commented on how thick my hair was during the wash) and took my straight back to her chair. Without brushing or combing or blow drying my hair , she began cutting my naturally curly hair. she ended up cutting over 6 inches off before she would spin me around to see myself in the mirror. she vacuumed up my hair before I could see how much was on the floor. she cut my hair so terribly , it's uneven in the back and all around. I feel like she gave me a bowl cut when my hair was down to my breasts. After cutting my hair (which she didn't allow me to look in the mirror) l, she blow dried my hair. and started to flat iron. she rushed through the blow dry and flat iron and it showed. my hair was still very puffy and one side weals straighter than the other. When I saw my hair after she was done, I completely broke down crying. when I explained to her what I didn't like about it (uneven, short, still puffy) she dismissed my comments and just walked to the cash register and said I'll leave your hair longer next time. she gave me a discount but I feel like the damage was done. That being said, I'm not sure if this is the place I'd go for a lot expensive and complex styles, but it is certainly worth it for me as far as simple cuts/styles goes. Downside.
