We were simply told that we could not throw the larger items, only the cups, and then left to figure everything else out on our own. To make matters worse, we paid extra for the "360 video experience," only to find out it was nothing more than our own phone being placed on their device -- something that was never properly explained beforehand. Charging customers extra for that is extremely misleading. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of care and professionalism from the two staff members working. After sitting around for an extended period with no communication, we literally had to go out and ask whether our session was even over. That level of disinterest and poor customer service was obvious the entire time. My family and I came here to celebrate a birthday, and instead we left frustrated and disappointed. Spending nearly $300 for this level of service was a complete waste of money. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

We went for the $200 room, which came with one large item, one medium, one small, and a variety of plates and cups to smash. The process starts with signing waivers, storing your stuff in a locker, and suiting up with a helmet (with a face guard), gloves, and a thin jumpsuit. They also give you a wireless speaker so you can blast your own music while you rage which adds a fun personal touch. Inside the room, the rules are pretty straightforward: don't break the walls, don't hit each other, and keep communicating. You get a choice of "weapons" including bats, pipes, crowbars, a skateboard, and hammers. For about 30 minutes, we were on our own with plenty of room to let off steam and smash things to our hearts' content. Was it fun? Absolutely. Smashing stuff is as therapeutic as you'd hope. Was it worth $200? That's a tougher call. It felt a bit steep for what you get, but the experience did match what was advertised. I imagine you could find similar rooms for less money outside of Manhattan, but this is New York; just about everything is pricier here, even breaking stuff. Overall, I had a blast, but if you're on a budget, keep in mind that the cost is definitely part of the thrill in this city.

She is truly an incredible asset to this company. During our first visit, my son and I became nervous while up in the trees on the zip line course and needed assistance. Madison came to help us right away. She was calm, professional, patient, and reassuring, and she safely guided us down while making us both feel completely at ease. Her kindness and confidence turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive experience. A few weeks later, we returned to the park and unexpectedly saw Madison again while waiting in line. To our surprise, she immediately remembered both of us -- even my son's name. That simple gesture meant so much and instantly made him feel comfortable and excited to be there again. Madison goes above and beyond in every sense. She is professional, personable, attentive, and clearly cares about the guests she helps. Employees like her are rare, and she is the kind of person who makes families want to come back. Adventure Park should be proud to have someone so exceptional on their team.

We came for a Father's Day special... the moms got to relax and watched lots of screaming kids... and some adults (who got stuck).. quite entertaining. You get train to use the harness, how to lock & unlock... and a quick tip how to zip. But honestly, the mechanism could've been better... I saw so many kids having issues with the "lock & unlock" and getting stuck; blocking others and now there was like a massive traffic jam on the course... idk... wonder if there is a better way to do it. The advance level is definitely meant for adults, it requires strong upper body strength. Wish the little store would be better stock with drinks, snacks... they ran low on items by the late afternoon; they do provide picnic tables and I see families with tons of food - so if you're planning to stay for the whole day - prepare yourself. There's bathrooms to clean your hands but... seriously tho... too much effort. We were done in 3 hours - it got too crowded for us and we needed food. #enjoytheoutdoors #yelplife

The staff here are super helpful in terms of pointing out where improvement could be made. Martin, who frequently gives me feedback and answers every question I have, recently recommended that I take the Olympic recurve intermediate class. The class was very thorough, and Martin made sure to cover the fundamentals necessary to transition from a beginner to an intermediate level. During the hour, we worked on refining my under-chin anchor, improving my posture and alignment, developing my follow-through, and introducing me to a more advanced setup. Every adjustment was made with a detailed explanation as to how they improve accuracy and consistency. Throughout the class, Martin gave me advice that improved the mental and physical aspects of my shooting. Afterward, we discussed purchasing my first recurve setup from the ProShop, and he gave thoughtful advice on selecting each component of my kit so it was practical and stayed within my budget. Cannot recommend this archery studio enough for its helpful staff that care about helping you improve

The class starts off with the instructor explaining a lot of basics about archery followed by several practice rounds. Each round the instructor introduces a new point or two to be mindful of which is very helpful. They walk around to make sure you're doing everything correctly and guide you throughout. The class ends with a few competitive games which is nice, and the prize is a free hour of archery for your next visit. Would highly recommend the intro class if you're a beginner. Staff are very friendly and helpful! They stop and help you to give you pointers. One of the staff members was making sarcastic remarks under her breath about some beginners who were practicing which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful, but other than that, all of the other staff members were very friendly and helpful. To rent a lane for one hour, it's $18 plus $15 for all-day equipment rental. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for archery!

We started by learning how to make Chicken Marsala, then moved into pasta making (my favorite part). After that, we learned how to make fresh mozzarella, and finally ended the night with dessert: tiramisu. The entire experience was so fun and interactive. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable Chef Alex was about everything we were making. When I asked about the type of pan she was using and why, she gave such a detailed and thoughtful explanation, which I really appreciated. By then, we had definitely worked up an appetite! We started dinner with a delicious salad and focaccia bread, followed by pesto fettuccine made from the pasta we created ourselves. Then came Chicken Marsala with mushrooms, and ricotta-stuffed ravioli in red sauce, also handmade by us. One of the best parts of the night was the atmosphere. Cooking, eating, and learning alongside people you've never met before somehow felt so natural and welcoming. You genuinely leave feeling like you made new friends. If I had one honest critique, I do wish there had been more opportunity to personally season some of the dishes to taste, as I felt parts of the meal were a little bland for my preference. I also personally prefer softer pasta over a firmer al dente texture. That said, I completely understood why the pasta had that texture since we didn't have much time for the dough to fully rest and develop. I also think some light Italian jazz music playing in the background would have elevated the atmosphere even more and really taken the experience to another level. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would absolutely take another class. It's definitely worth it for the experience, the knowledge you gain, and of course... dinner! Also, we got home (with our left overs) and finally had the tiramisu... and WOW. It was soooo delicious. The ravioli and tiramisu were definitely the stars of the show for me!
