I went on a Saturday. You check in, sign a waiver, then put your belongings in a locker and follow the instructions on the wall to suit up. I booked the Double Trouble package, which was $89.99 + tax. It included two large electronics, two small electronics and ten plates (which were my favorite part). There's a cord to hook up your phone for music, which was a nice touch. One thing I'll say is that we overheated--the room was way too hot. With the gear on, being active, and no air circulation, it got uncomfortable fast. It's definitely something fun to do every now and then or decompress in a unique way. read more

This was so fun. I went for my birthday as a group of four. Staff was accommodating to both when I needed to reschedule time, had clothing sizes for larger people and it was a low pressure chill environment when we got there. Surprisingly 30 mins went back healthily and not in a quick way which I was wondering about. Also affordable. We did remark though that we wish there was also larger appliances like a TV. The owner of this place acts like some manager who can't do anything when you bring up a problem and makes his employees deal with issues they aren't sure how to solve. Truth is, they don't really have managers, the short man with tattoos you're talking to IS the owner, and he actually can help if they wanted to since he owns the joint. The fees? Total nonsense. They can waive them anytime they feel like it. They do not need permission from the owner. And those "ACs" everyone's talking about? Just fans. Overheard the workers saying the maintenance guy even told them that. Honestly, not sure how this place is still running. This place was good. I went w one of my friends and we slotted a 30 minute reservation. When you get there you check in, fill out the safety form & then gear up. You wear disposable gloves, outer gloves & a shoeless bodysuit. Please no open toe shoes!!! I was looking for a rage room outside of Manhattan and this appeared. I think it is really important to think about three things: Items to be smashed, area of smashing, and safety equipment. We did the MAD Trouble! - $119.99 (Up to 2 People) 1) Items to be smashed: 3.5/5 We had 2 printer, 1 monitor, 2 small phone items, 1 keyboard and 6-8 plates. I like most of the items but, the two phone items because they did not break at all and the plate were new so harder to smash by throwing on wall. But the monitor and printers were my favorites! 2) Area of smashing: 4/5 I really like how it was cleaned up before we started. However, the phone jack was only for iPhones (Androids be warned). We often heard the thumps from the other rooms, which is too be expected, but my friend and I were burning in our safety suits. We ended early because we were both covered in sweat. I wish there was cool system like they do at gyms. 3) Safety Equipment: 4/5 I really enjoyed the head gear and different sized gloves! But, the body suits were like PPE, so we were very sweaty half way through our time. All in all, I would go again but with a very causal group friends. Who would've guessed smashing things could be so satisfying and probably more therapeutic than yoga?! Not me Came across this place on a list of 'things to do when in NYC', and it caught my eye big time. Made an appointment and was able to snag a slot on the same day. On entering they make you sign waivers, ask you to suit up and brief you about things you can/can't do. We got the 'trouble makers' pack. It comes with ten plates, one premium electronic (printer in our case) and one smaller electronic (a keyboard for us) to unleash your fury on. Inside the rage room, there's like a bunch of baseballs bats and crowbars to rain down on above mentioned items. They also have an aux cable to put on some hype music and a phone holster to make videos with. It is super intensive and we were sweating badly at the end of the carnage, but it was worth it. I cannot emphasize enough how cathartic it was and I highly recommend trying it out. 10/10 would go back again! read more

SO MUCH FUN! I have gone twice now. Once with a friend to blow off some steam and a second time this weekend for Mother's Day. My mom and sister has a blast. It's therapeutic, no joke. Totally worth it. Best things to break are the printers and bowls! We had bowls this weekend instead of plates to break and I totally love the bowls better. You will have an amazing time though no matter what. The staff are lovely as well. Email them, don't use the phone number as either no one picked up or it didn't work. It was exactly what I expected and not as good as the other one I did in NYC. My wife and I did the top two-person one. Nothing wrong with the setup; decent sized room, good equipment. What was lacking in my mind was the weapons and electronics. In the other one, we had a crowbar, bats and other weapons; this one just bats. In the other one, we had other things to smash like sparring dummies and the electronics were bigger. Again, nothing wrong with this one, it just didn't stand out. read more

We got the troublemakers pack which is a large piece of electrics (a printer), a small piece of electrics (a keyboard) and 10 dinner plates. We also got an extra plate for checking in on Yelp. You get ready by gearing up. They have lockers, and they give you a suit, rubber gloves, work gloves and a helmet n visor. The room has a place for your phone, with attachments for your music. We had 3 baseball bats and 2 crowbars to go to town with. There is also a tire to take frustrations out on. It was a fun experience and my daughter loved it. I had an amazing time here for my boyfriends birthday. They were very professional with the instructions and were patient. The rage room was fun- we smashed some key boards, plates and old plasma mini tv. I would def recommend and they were very sanitary with covid precautions in place. We got the 30 min session in but were ten -fifteen minutes late but they still accommodated 25 minutes for us. Show up early to change into gear because it cuts out of your time! It also gets really hot in the room with all the gear on so dress light and wear closed shoes. Super fun experience! read more
