Came out to Laughlin with the family for a nice relaxing weekend at the River and stayed at Harrah's (shot out!) they have a Smashburger and I've been wanting to go by for the last couple of years this is the 3rd trip out here that we do once a year. Well the 3rd time was a CHARM! This place is LEGIT! I had the Bacon Double Smash Burger the bacon is Pronounced and the patties were still juicy burger was dripping the condiments were fresh the bun held up really well! my wife got the single Smash Burger and loved it and she is picky about her burgers! Do not waste your time. Came here Friday night 07/10/26. Ordered a side or fries, tater tots, and a large drink. I waited over an hour until I could not understand what would take so long. I went up to the counter and there was a crowd of people, about 10-15 demanding their food. I spoke to a few of them and they shared that some had been waiting even longer than I had. This is located inside the Harrah's Laughlin. Had to get dinner for the kids. We went right in time before the line started to get long. I had ordered chicken strips with fries for the kids. Service wasn't the best, but place was decent to have dinner. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes for our food. Portion was big enough for kids to share. Chicken strips were crispy and juicy. So yummy and tasted better dipped with their secret sauce. Fries came out well done perfect for kids' expectations. My mom and I were inching closer to hanger while in Laughlin. We stumbled across smashburger while visiting Harrah's. Was it anything special? No, some of the tables were not cleaned and slightly broken, but the food was decent. Maybe because we were so hungry, but I wolfed down my crispy chicken sandwich (which was two chicken strips on a bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo). As we were wandering through Laughlin, we decided to stop at Harrah's and when we saw Smashburger we decided to grab some lunch. I got a Smashburger, my daughter got a chicken burger and we split some seasoned tater tots. All of the food actually tasted good! And I don't know what was in the tater tots but I loved them. Smashburgers takes Caesar's Reward Points, so we decided to try it. If you go to this place when they first open at 11 AM, you shouldn't have any problems, but if you go when they are busy in the evening, you will starve before you get your order. I looked at my phone to see the menu at this location. My hubby wanted a hot dog & it said they had an "All American Dog", so I sent him downstairs to get a cheeseburger, hot dog & fries. There were about 50 people & only three workers. My hubby ordered my cheeseburger & fries, but they said they didn't have hot dogs, so he got a cheeseburger. She said he was busy and he would be out shortly . I believe his name was zaine? As he comes out to talk I explain the situation. Calmly and in a very respectful tone . I told him I get it , it's 4 am. I wouldn't want to be here either but I also did not need to be treated that way . He told me he was going to refund me the fries (which wasn't even what I asked for ) then he tells me he accidentally refunded me the burger as well (which in my head was the LEAST he could have done ) then he made me RE pay for my burger . This location is a disgrace to the Smashburger brand, and should be closed. Let me count the ways: 1) Despite being a DINE IN location with numerous tables, they have NO TRAYS and serve the food in a to-go bag, with the burgers wrapped in paper. You're constantly battling to not have your burger touch the (dirty) table when you put it down. Awful. 2) RUDE employees. The woman at the counter was nasty from the second I ordered from her, as if I were a bother. When I asked for my sandwich to be modified (such as the pickles on the side), she scoffed. 3) Bizarre policies. My son wanted a double burger, and I forgot to order him the second patty. Right after we received it, I realized my mistake and tried to order the second patty. The female employee REFUSED, stating "You can't order a patty by itself, you have to order the whole burger. We can only add a patty." I explained that we just ordered 10 minutes ago, and I wanted to add a patty to that order. She refused, calling it a "different order" and wanted me to pay $10 for an entire second burger. I objected, and she had to go to her manager (next door) and have a 10-minute discussion with him before they approved it. What is going on here?!?! I just wanted to buy a freakin' second patty which I forgot to mention when I did my order! This location is an embarrassment to both the Smashburger brand and the Harrah's brand. 1/5/24 - We came in near closing time where no one else was around except us and the staff. We got the 5-count Chicken Tenders, Breakfast Burger (which is served all day like the rest of their breakfast menu), and their Smash Fries which are tossed in rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. Some of the chicken tenders were more like nuggets due to how small some of them were. The breakfast burger looked almost like it was burnt all over and it didn't look all that appealing. It tasted okay, but I would've liked the egg to be a bit more runny. The fries had an interesting flavor profile to them as I have never had fries prepared in this way, and they turned out to be decent. Overall, the food was less than was expected even from a casino burger joint. It was all a bit too expensive for the quality. Also, my siblings got the Bacon Burger and it looked nothing like how it was advertised in the signs posted in the store. All the other hotel guests that we saw walking by obviously weren't opting to eat here or at the pizza parlor next door, but rather had ventured out to get food from other places to bring back to the hotel. If you really don't want to leave the hotel and are looking for a quick bite, then I guess this place gets the job done. We found this place Thursday around 3:30 to have a snack after we landed in Laughlin. This is located in Harrahs Casino in the food court. We were pretty hungry but the burger was juicy. You can tell that the oil they fried the chicken is very old and dirty. Fries were 2 hours old. The funniest part is it was the third time I ate here in 3 days. It's in a casino with almost no other food options. First time, chicken sandwich, same gross taste, old oil. Second time just a cheese burger, catchup only. 10 x more catchup than needed. This place has to be one of the worst places I have ever ate at. I took my mom here because we were staying inside the Harrah's hotel. We ordered two burgers, two fries and two drinks. So when I paid, it seem like it was quite steep, but I didn't check out the receipt until we sat down. When we got our order there was actually three burgers. I explained to the manager that we only had ordered two burgers, so she approached the cashier, who apparently upset that I brought the burger back. The manager never apologized, just got the money that was owed back to me and put it on the counter in front of me and walked away. As I returned to my seat, I noticed that there was a very slippery substance on the floor between the booth's and the drink fountain. I went back to the same manager and explained about to her about the spill on the floor. She came approximately 5 minutes later after standing around talking and laughing with another employee. She finally walked back with a rag and threw it on the floor, while using her right foot, sweeping back-and-forth. She actually never did get any liquid off the floor. We noticed she kicked the rag into the corner, and as I walked over, I noticed the rag was as in the corner underneath where the drinks were. Being that the floor was still wet And slippery, we had to walk around it to avoid slipping. We also saw that the same manager leave the establishment, leaving the floor very slippery. The food is nowhere near what it looks like in the pictures either, and the food tasted just as bad. This is my third time back here, and each time it's gotten worse and worse. We will never ever go back to this establishment ever again. Harrahs should be embarrassed that they had this burger place inside their establishment. The staff here obviously don't care about the safety or the care for the food or it's building maintenance as they are serving. The most they cared about was standing around talking to each other. We simply asked for a combo and she responded back with so much attitude saying "there's no combo and i've been asked that all night" when she could've simply replied "I'm sorry but we don't offer combo." Ok so finally tried out a Smashburger, and it happened to be this one, located in the Harrah's Resort in Laughlin NV. Service was friendly and efficient, there was a bit of a wait for the food, but it wasn't excessive. The place looked clean and well maintained as well. The burger was hot and fresh and was a decent size, but not for the price of nearly $10.00. It was however quite tasty, and had plenty of veggies. Those damn Smashed Tots though, man they are greasy but in a good way as they are tossed in Olive Oil, Rosemary, and Garlic. These things are absolutely delicious! Could have been a bit hotter but still damn good. I would definitely eat here again even with the hefty price tag. Highly recommended. read more

Filled the alcohol-induced need on the way up to the hotel room (used to be McDonald's) in Harrah's Casino Laughlin. We always seem to be in the same tower so the same hamburger stop was inevitable. Sweet potato fries were of the most average I have had. Nothing special along those lines. Probably should have got the regular fries instead.
