First of all a lettuce wrap burger is not a burger with a bunch of pieces of lettuce. That was the most horrible protein wrapped burger I have ever tried. Smash burger you're not even close to In N Out they put you to shame. Service was okay order came out pretty fast. I literally couldn't find my patty with all the loose lettuce you gave me. We sat in a group of other people like a food court. So please get it together you're to big of a company to give a bunch of lettuce that you can't even grab the burger to enjoy it. This place sucks.... after dropping hundreds of dollars in the tightest slot machines in so cal... my wife and I deciced to end the night with a burger. We ordered and paid for two burgers but when we got up to our room, there was only one burger in the bag. We waited 40 minutes to receive 1/2 of our order. My recommendation is to go to The Earl of Sandwich.... they dont have a policy of ripping off their customers. Smash Burger are thieves. They take your money.... make you wait an ungodly amount of time... and deliver half of your order. Wish it wasn't inside a casino ... Had a wack experience for once last time going out there just for the food. It was a Saturday night and since the food court is located right next the bars and karaoke there were a lot of drunk and belligerent people. I'm pregnant so I craved the damn thing Lmfaoo parents drove me all the way out there from poway only to deal with drunks in the line of 30 people we saw upon arriving.... It wasn't a pleasant experience however it's the first out of 100s we have done out there while staying at the hotel or just coming from home to hang out n get food. Oh well if you love Smash you know they closed all of them so we'll have to make due with what we have maybe they'll bring more locations back... because the food is soooo good. My burger was good but it had too much of a pickle taste - I don't like pickles so I forgot to say no pickles. I took them off but I still had a string pickle taste. The smash fries are delicious and definitely recommend! I don't know if I would eat here again but definitely recommend trying it once. read more

We came here instead because the buffet was closed due to a fire! What a bummer. I got the avocado burger with bacon and got to eat garlic tater tots and fries with it. My burger was so delicious. As I took a bite into it, I tasted the crispy bacon with the soft avocados. The burger was seasoned perfectly and everything was good. I didn't like the fact that they had Pepsi products. I prefer Coke but I had a pink lemonade. I thought it was regular lemonade but it came out pink. Pretty good with my meal. There's plenty of tables but because the buffet was closed, people were going to other places to eat. Everywhere you went was busy. Total negative but the burgers here were delicious. Bertha has the best customer service of anyone in this entire hotel and casino. Came back here today hoping she'd be working and she was. Such a sweet lady who obviously loves to make the most out of every interaction. It doesn't hurt that she makes a delicious boozy shake!! Came here two days in a row for a boozy chocolate shake with kahlua. They're so delicious and I like to grab a side of smash fries to go with my sandwich from next door. Came out to Rincon for 2 reasons. Get a BOGO Smashburger and become a millionaire. Very surreal to see only one property, unlike the infamous Las Vegas strip. Location of Smashburger in Harrahs casino??? Well, you'll need to walk thru the casino towards the back ... Of course! Guess what? If you have the Smashburger app., -good for you- but it's not honored here at the Harrahs casino. Oh well, just got the cheese burger, tater tots and a Oreo cookie shake. I was at Coachella yesterday, saw a big sign that advertised a Smashburger and tater tots. I ordered it and the tots were fresh and hot-had a few of those, and turned away from the line, went for my cheeseburger and it was cold as can be, cheese, barely melted meat barely warm. I just had the chicken sandwich and it was inedible. Previously, the sandwich was two really thin and tender slices of grilled chicken (kind of the same treatment as they use for their burger patties). They seem to have changed the way they prepare it. Slowest service ever. Long line of people, one cashier/barista and three food preps. Located in a tight spot, due to the short of staffs, orders came out very slow, which created 2 lines, people ordering food and people waiting for food. Need to hire more people to be able to organize. Update: I received my order which was lettuce wrap double patties burger. The guy who took my order didn't tell me what kind of lettuce they have. When I got the food, it was not wrapped just a few piece of lettuce leaves, I came back and told the cook, she explained that was the only kind of lettuce they carry here, I asked for more lettuce and she gave me an attitude, throwing lettuce into my box like the world ends, zero tolerance for bad customer service. Located inside Harrah's in Funner, California. This is the newest place to eat on the property. Although I don't eat burgers often, when I do, it better be Good! Eaten here twice and both times, Elizabeth took our order. She is very professional and pleasant. I ordered the Classic burger both times and loved it. It's not huge which I love. More quality than quantity. My friend got the mushroom Swiss and loved it too. My husband got Avocado ranch Black bean burger and he loved his too. Great addition were the sweet potato fries and rosemary garlic fries. Convenient for folks staying on the property or those that stop over to play or not play. We decided to try Smashbuger for lunch. Smashbuger is located inside of Harrah's. We had a couple of sandwiches. I asked my wife if her bun was soggy. She said her bun was terrible and all wet. I said mine was as well. How can you make a burger with a bun that is not able to make it out of the wrapping paper? We were very disappointed with the food. It shouldn't take 20 minutes just to be acknowledged by the cashier and order your food when there is no line. It seems like 2 people work here. Not even a "Sorry for the wait" when it was my turn to order, second in line for 20 minutes. Clearly this isn't In In Out. Food is crazy overpriced and has temperature inconsistencies. First time trying Smashburger and it honestly was really good! They recently opened this place here in Funner, Ca and closed down Pinks. Was kind of bummed but thought we should give it a try. We ordered the Classic Smash and also my fiance had ordered the Jalepeno BBQ burger with the smashtots. All I know is that he said it was good but super hot! The food reminded me of Shake Shack because of their fresh buns and patties but of course nothing beats Shake Shack. Maybe this location doesn't try because it's located inside a casino, where you have limited options to eat, but I wouldn't come here again. The fries aren't the same herb-olive oil fries as other locations, they claimed we couldn't get shakes because the ice cream was frozen (isn't all ice cream frozen?), and worst of all, the whole eating area and condiment area was FILTHY.
