I really enjoyed my brief time in this shop. Everything smelled so good inside of the store. The customer service was great too. The lady that helped me took her time explaining all of their products to me. I ended up taking home a Lavender Basil bar of soap. Sharol, the owner, and Jax were our nail technicians. We arrived a few minutes before our appointments and we we were taken right in. Both ladies did a nice job with our services. Sharol and Jax were easy to talk to and offered good tips on activities and dining around Banff and Canmore. I prefer supporting small businesses and Body Concepts was everything I look for in a small business; friendliness and good customer service. Mostly seeing Cassidy, but all the stylists I've tried have been top-notch. Cassidy has hooked me up with some excellent colours and helped me transition from short hair to long hair, keeping me looking good along the way.
